"Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"Contracted Hulett for several rental properties in Miami for a Termites contract. They suggested No tent Termites which cost me $890 for 1st time (was nearly 2 years and half ago) and a service contract for less than $200 every year. All good, or seemed to my eyes, both not seeing termites and having the peace of mind to have a service contract until something happen and you will realize their non ten treatment doesn't guarantee nor protect you. A wall came apart on the inside and wood, structural wood was heavy damaged. Called Hulett in emergency and was told nobody could come with one week, I had to call another company to threat the property again (was told me that was like nothing was done prior). Also their annual service includes a check visit only if you requested it, how convenient for them. Also in our home we had a $79 contract for rodents for which they sent invoices with date time of visit. Unlucky for the company we have cameras and we were able to check and prove that nobody show up in despite of the service listed in the invoice. I contact them and they were prompt to give back the money saying it was an error, how convenient... no other apology or feed back. This company does it's money by selling service they never perform and count on people to forget about it. and their no tent service is sold as a replacement for a tent treatment at a fraction of a price but it is just a waste of time and more dangerous a false peace of mind that you will pay overtime and Hulett won't take any responsability. I won't take this company anymore, I feel cheated."

"This company is a fraud and should stop operating as soon as possible. I thought I was the only one and maybe just a rare case but seems like they do this to a lot of people. Its seems like they have gotten lazier or just don’t care in scamming people and getting caught. It has been less than 3 months, and my house has termites. I opened my ceiling and realized it was full of termites. The termites are literally walking around. I made a video and contacted them. They’re response was its subterranean termites. They never came to my house, and they never did a physical inspection. Just saw the video said they are subterranean termites and you only bought to exterminate drywood termites. I notice on some other reviews they at least went to the property and took a sample of the termites and took it to a “lab” to determine they are subterranean termites, but I guess I wasn’t “lucky” enough. I told them how you know through a video that they are subterranean termites, does the termites have a sign on their back saying “we are subterranean termites?” the representative just said I know and if you want those remove it will cost more money because you only bought to exterminate the drywood termites. When I asked about my warranty, they said I didn’t have one because they are subterranean termites, so pretty much the so call “warranty” is nonexistent. When we made the contract, I told them I want all the termites to be gone, they didn’t explain the types of termites and that they are only going to get rid of one, so they literally scam you. It self-explanatory if a client says I want to get rid of all termites they do all termites. In the contract they just checked off drywood termites and the subterranean termites they call it by its name “Formosan termites” so that way they can get you. Any person who is not an expert or doesn’t have any knowledge on extermination wouldn’t know what “Formosan termites” are would just listen to the expert when you tell them I want to get rid of all termites (that’s why you are hiring them). They literally do this on purpose so if you take them to court, they are protected because the Formosan termites wasn’t checked off. They mislead the client and lie about their job and what they are exterminating. They tell you yes, we will get rid of all termites and elaborate how they use the best product, etc., but they know that there might be another type and when you find out all they say ok now you can pay for this type. This company is disgusting, and they have been doing this for quite some time. Look at the reviews in last 12 months its all the same issue."
