After talking with Darlene on the phone and trading emails for about a month, we made three trips to look at houses in Citrus County. Each time she worked with property owners and other agents to make sure we could see a variety of homes on the day we were in town. During our first trip she literally drove us all over the county so we could get a feel for the different areas. After we narrowed our choice down to lakefront properties in the Floral City area, she did a great job of "filtering" the list so we didn't waste any time looking at homes that didn't match our criteria in terms of size, price and location. When we did find the right home, she assisted us through every step of the purchase and closing, and we could not be happier with her efforts, or our new home.
