There are way too many details to list them all. We have used Michael on four different occasions in the past 7 years. The first was to remove a water oak next to our drive way. Then 3 years later we had him back to remove another water oak in the front of our house and to trim the neighbors oak tree that was hanging over our house. And last year we had him out on two different visits. The first was to remove a part of our neighbors tree stump that had encroached on to our property. The neighbor had taken the tree down by some fly by night outfit, that took it down on our property while we were out of town and damaged our home in the process. So we decided to put up a fence between the properties so that the neighbor could not use our property for anything else. All we needed was the part of the stump in our yard to be removed, so that the fence could be put up. Then we also had Tree Tech trim three trees that were over hanging from properties behind our home. Michael has had the same crew working for him for a really long time. They all go above and beyond all expectations. I can not say enough good things about this company!!!

I give them a Kudos. Absolutely, I would use nobody else. I've found them initially on Angie's List and I've had them every since. I think it's probably going on for about 4 years. Number one is their honesty. Next, their service and their punctuality. If there's any kind of problem, the owner will call me up or he'll show up and come out there and take care of the issue. I really haven't had any issue. There's just been times when I wanted to show him specific trees. He would come out and check them out. Their reputation precedes them. I try to have them come once every year now. When they cut down trees and I come home, I wouldn't find as much as a wood chip in the yard. I wouldn't even know they've been in there. They do a good clean-up job. They do a really thorough job. When they tell me they're going to be there, they're going to be there. I am going to stick with them.

They did a great job. They were on time, did what they were suppose to do. Clean up everything.

All went as described. The trees were taken down, the stumps were grinded any and all debris was picked up removed and cleaned immediately. The job was well done and would use them again in the future.

Tree Tech cleaned up the mess left by another tree service that did not finish their contract work. They were able to fit us into a very busy schedule. Professional job, well done.

They showed up on schedule in the morning which impressed me right away. The crew that came was very professional. They had to remove a panel of my fence to get to the tree in the backyard and reinstalled it when they were finished. They cut down, removed the wood and ground the stumps. When they were finished you couldn't even tell they were here. Everything was just as it was before they came, except for the trees were gone..... I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again for tree removal in the future.

Outstanding from start to finish. Good communication. They crew is professional and friendly. I wish they also did plumbing, tile work, fence installation, etc. It is so very hard to find contractors with this level of workmanship and attention to detail.

From the first time I spoke to him and his wife, they were very respectful, professional and all around nice people. Both tree removals went perfectly. It was amazing how easy they made it look, when it is really an arduous job. When they were done and had left, you couldn't even tell they had been in our yard. Our lawn was completely unscathed.

It went very well. They were very professional, they showed up in time and they did what they were supposed to do. They also cleaned up afterwards and their price was also reasonable.

The 2-man crew arrived a few minutes early and went right to work after receiving my description of what needed to be done. They were very efficient, with one man in the trees and one man removing the fallen branches as they hit the dirt. All of the removed branches and leaves were gathered up and sent through a huge shredder and blown into the back of their truck. The area around these trees looked better than it did before they started.These guys know what they are doing!

They were awesome. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody else. I love dealing with them and I have no intentions of using anybody else. They did quite a bit of work. They started their work when I was at work and when I came home there was nothing left. No logs or limbs lay out and nobody could even know that someone was there and everything was neat and clean. Their prices are competitive.

The day of service began at 0900 and the crews were on time. The total service time from start to finish was approx 3 hours. The crews were very professional and courteous. The finished trimmed trees looked great. But more impressive was the clean up. There was NO evidence that anyone was ever there. There were no leaves, branches, or twigs left over. Tree Tech left my yard better than they found it. I would highly recommend Tree Tech to anyone. I rarely rate a company with all "excellent." However, Tree Tech met the standard for this, great job!

I have used this company from the beginning. I call him every year around May or June so that my trees are trimmed before hurricane season kicks in. His team does great work trimming all the Palms and they clear every bit of debris from the yard. During the year, when he is in the neighborhood and sees that my palm branches are falling off, he will call me and ask if I would like to have him trim them. I appreciate his great service and would recommend him to anyone. The professionalism is superb. I just called him for this summer's trimming!

Service is great, men were friendly and professional, all the branches were removed and area cleaned. A team came the next day and ground out the stump and they also cleaned up the mess.

Mike came out to give me an estimate. He explained what would be done, and answered all my questons. He also gace me a follow up call to be sure that all was done to my satisfaction.

I would give him five stars. I will guarantee that he will leave your yard pristine. You will never even know that there were trees there to begin with. He does a fantastic job and has a wonderful crew. I kind of like him. I was so impressed with his work, all my neighbors around me have used him. His price was appropriate for the job he did; it was reasonable and fell in line with other quotes we got. He returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He’s just a good person and he did an awesome job. If I had trees in my yard that needed to come down, I would use him again.

I was actually referred to Tree Tech-Tree Services by another Angie's List A-Rated tree service company (Warming Tree Service), since I live in (very southwest) St. Johns County -St Augustine. I had heard nothing but positive feedback regarding Warming so I gave them a call. Due to the location of my house and the size of the job I was referred to Tree Tech-Tree Services. Called and spoke with Velinda who booked me for a walk-through consultation by Mike. Unexpectedly I wasn't available the day he came out to provide the estimate but we worked out all of the details and options over the phone while he walked my property. Being pleased with my estimate, I scheduled Tree Tech to come out and complete the job. Prior to their arrival (due to their current book of work being about 2 weeks - which I also took to be a very good sign) I had a tree blown over unexpectedly during the last storm. It was actually a tree that stood in the river and fell over onto my bulkhead and fence. We added that to my job. The crew had to get down in the river to manage the tree that was blown over, and that wasn't an issue for them at all. Mike Roe showed up to walk the job (again) just prior to the crew performing the work. I left to attend another engagement while they took care of my tree service, and I returned home to find everything executed to perfection. They left the job site looking spotless, and the (former) stumps that were ground looked wonderful. Mike and his crew were mindful of my septic tanks and irrigation systems. They were also cautious where they had to cross into my neighbor's property to access some of my tree work. I was very pleased upon coming home to see how well they performed their work. Mike followed-up later via phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He was focussed on customer satisfaction before worrying about being paid. Very pleased with my entire experience. I consider Tree Tech my tree service company for all future tree work. I've since referred them to friends.

It worked out pretty good for me. I thought the price was fair. I would use them again. On that particular day, a bizarre thing happened. The owner got called for jury duty. Both of his crews showed up, so they got stuff done in record time. There was a bit of a confusion with what was supposed to be done. The owner would call when he could get out of court. Everything did get resolved.

My wife is a gardener and the only tree service that we use is Tree Tech. They are in the local area. We've used them several times and they are very, very good. They've got all the equipment, sometimes like a military operation. Over the years since we've been here, we've probably given them 4 grand at least. They are very professional, they've got all the equipment and they know exactly what they are doing. They've never dropped a limb or done any damage while taking the huge suckers down. They clean up after themselves. We just don't know they are here except for the stump because they don't do stumps and I have to do that myself. They'll come over to give an estimate and if one likes it, they can go and if not, they can do it themselves. I don't know what the other people charge, but it's actually reasonable. They charged us about $700 last time for 2 trees that they did. Their quality is excellent.
