Tree Tech is a well established, reliable, and professional tree service. I have used their service at least five times for my rental properties as well as my own residence. They have excellent work ethics and all the workers are employed by them, not contracted help. They always do the work they quoted (A.J.) and no less. Their customer service is exceptional, even when neighbors are not every cooperative...thanks Mike!

These guys were AWESOME! They did tree and stump removal at two of my rental properties. I was to meet them at the first location at 9:00 AM, and when I got there, they were already on the job and had started working and were well underway. They were very professional, had the equipment they needed, worked well together as a team, and were great guys. They did a wonderful job, and totally cleaned up after themselves, including leveling the ground where the huge stumps were removed, and raking up all of the wood chips and mulch like debris and taking it with them when they left. The yards looked great, and there was absolutely nothing for me to clean up afterwards! I was so impressed with the quality of their work and their service, that I gave they guys a $40 tip so the four of them could have lunch on me at Subway or a spot of their choice. I would DEFINITELY recommend using Tree Tech Tree Service, Inc.

They were prompt. They were very, very polite and accommodating. From start to finish, they were neat. They cleaned up everything! They did not even leave a water bottle, cap or anything. They removed 1 tree for us and 3 for our neighbors. They asked if they could come up our driveway to access our neighbors' yard. We said yes, and they were very careful on how they drove the big machinery to come up. They were very, very cautious and conscientious. They spoke English to us and also spoke English to each other. Everyone of them spoke English, which I like. I was very impressed. We had pruned a crate myrtle. Thursday is trash pickup. They took all of the debris from the crate myrtle, ground it up and took it away. They picked it up immediately. I am so impressed that I cannot express and we ARE going to use them again! He was honest to say, we would have to do this again in another year we would need to go again. He recommended cutting it down and replanting a new tree. He said not to do anything in April to see if it's worth cutting down. Their supervisor, J.D. was extremely accommodating and you knew he was honest. He spoke honestly to you and looked you in the eye.

Team was timely and professional. Completed job exactly as discussed and quoted. Cleaned up completely. Tree beds were raked, street was debris free. I've never had such a great experience with a vendor. I recommend highly.

Every aspect of the job was exceptional! The quote was competitive with other bids acquired, but was significantly the best when the discount for Angies List members was taken into account. The estimator, A. J. did a great job of estimating the work to be done which he thought would be about 5 days for a 5 man crew. The job was estimated as to the time required to do what we wanted with the flexibility to add or delete work to be done as work progressed. A.J. said they might be able to do what we needed in less than 5 days, and if that was the case, we would only be charged for the time required. This was great because as the work progressed we found more trees that needed to be removed than we had originally anticipated. Because of the exceptional work the crew all did, even with more work added to the task, the work was all completed in 4 3/4 days which saved some cost for us. All of the crew members were very courteous and helpful in accomplishing this job. The work started exactly on the date promised and the cleanup of the work was exactly as we asked and expected. Each day, we reviewed the work left to be done and the prioritized tasks were executed as discussed in exceptional fashion. We plan to use this provider for future work and recommend them to our community residents.

Exceptional service all the way around! Everything was great. The estimator, Allen, was very prompt in replies to emails and would even reply after business hours. They originally quoted us 6 weeks to complete the work, and I am VERY happy to say that less then 2 weeks later that the tree is completely trimmed back EXACTLY how we wanted! Their workmanship is par none! Our yard was more clear of debris AFTER then left than BEFORE!! The tree looks great too! We did have to have them come out and trim it up more then what was originally done, but that was completed in less then a week and again, they did it exactly as we wanted and the yard never looked as clear! I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE who is in need of having a tree trimmed, taken down, ANYTHING to do with tree!

Crew arrived on time, moved birdbaths to prevent damage and were very courteous. They did the job in reasonable time, cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

The team was professional and worked together extremely well. The work was done like a well-oiled machine and I could not be more pleased. Clean-up was excellent and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the results.

It went perfectly. Property completely clean of debris. All beds raked smooth, ready for further processing by me later. Mike and crew were very professional and the price was very competitive, especially for the Eagle Harbor area, where they have a heavy presence and can respond very quickly. Competitors could not match their combined professionalism, responsiveness and good price....though I'm pretty sure the competitors I contacted would have done a fine job as well.

They are busy, but they scheduled the estimate in advance, came as we agreed on and called us when they were in the neighborhood. The guys were great, good team work. The team captain was excellent, was making sure that they clean everything after they left

This service was for my parent's house. They have a very large magnolia tree in the backyard and the limbs were resting over the house; noticed that at the base of one of the largest limbs (approximately 48inches in diameter), that there was a crack running along the limb up to where it split into two limbs over the house. We needed to get this limb down as soon as possible, knowing that if it fell, it would do significant damage to the roof. We trimmed back one of the two limbs to remove some of the weight, but knew we'd not be able to remove the other limb and address the damaged base limb. After calling several companies and being quoted in excess of 2,000 for just the removal of the remaining limb (and additional costs to remove the debris from the limb we had taken down), Tree Tech came out on Friday 7/3, reviewed the situation, and agreed to take down the remaining limb and damaged base - plus remove three smaller limbs encroaching on the neighbors line, take a smaller limb off the magnolia tree in the front of house, and clean up the debris from what they did plus from the limb we'd taken down. They came out the very next day (7/4) and had everything finished within 3hours. They cleaned everything up, raked the yard, and were nothing but professional. Absolutely amazing job! Cannot say enough good things about this company, especially after the sticker shock from the other companies clearly trying to take advantage of the situation (and some were downright rude). Needless to say, they have won my business for the future. Thank you!

Without a doubt, the best experience with a contractor to date... A.J. was quick to stop by and provide an estimate and because of weevils in the trees they made it a priority so the insects would not move to other palms in the area. . . Crew arrive and removed the trees and ground the stumps, looked as if there were never trees in the spot, perfect job. They did complete the clean-up as well and the area was as clean as it ever could have been. Did find water pipe (irrigation) system to be cut but the owner (Michael) immediately dispatched the experts that were in the lawn sprinkler service and all repairs were made without a hitch. I could not ask for better service and professionalism of the entire crew, excellent work ethic and very respectable both to my wife and me, great to see we still have quality folks like this available and ready to help when needed. I will use them again when I need the service.

For 14 years, I have relied upon another, large, well-known, tree company in Jacksonville. A series of unfortunate events involving this company necessitated that I seek the services of others. Tree Tech was one of two other companies I called, based on reviews on Angies List. AJ responded promptly and provided me with both a quote and a generalized time frame for completion. After voicing my concerns about the crews being cautious with removal of seed pods, fronds and boots from my trees, AJ assured me the crews would be cautious. Based on the comfort level felt and assurances provided, we came to an agreement and the date/time was scheduled. Two days before the scheduled date, we talked and firmed up the date/time so I could plan to be home. On the morning of the service, AJ came by with the crew to review what had to be done and reaffirm, WITH the crew, my concerns. All agreed, they went off to do their first job of the day and returned very near the anticipated time in the afternoon to do the work. Nick and Trevor comprised the crew this day. I cannot possibly offer any higher praise for the professionalism, understanding, concern, and results these two provided. I was so pleased with what Nick and Trevor accomplished that, after this service, I asked to be placed on a regular 6-month service list to keep my palms trimmed regularly. Most important to me, they did what they said they would do. The landscaped/manicured area underneath the palm tress was left, not only undamaged, but cleaned up thoroughly as well. When a homeowner is footing the bill for work on their property, one should not only EXPECT such professional results, one should RECEIVE them. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by not only Tree Tech, the company, but AJ, Nick and Trevor as well. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a company to provide this type of service and I will add, that I don't do this lightly. The number of companies (of ALL types) I would personally recommend in Jacksonville is limited to just a small handful.

They did a good job. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. They walked around the yard. I asked about another tree that I was concerned about and he said it was fine. The clean up was great.

Besides the trees looking fabulous, You couldn't tell they were there....no debris left behind.

It was amazing. They came out here with a crew full of people. They had lots of equipment. Their staff was clean. They were careful and got the job done. There was more than one layer of professionalism. They were all checking each other's work to make sure everything was done correctly, and safely. I would use them again and definitely refer them as well.

We originally thought we'd have to wait approximately 3 weeks to have the work done due to their busy schedule but they found the time to do the work within a week of hiring them. From the time the two men arrived, it only took them about two hours and they had the stump and the several root runners ground up, the area leveled and the debris hauled away. I would certainly use this company again if I need any more tree work done. They are top-notch in my books.

Trimmed 2 Japense Plum Trees. They did a great job. Cleaned up real good, couldn't even tell they had been there when finished. Crew was very friendly and professional. They ensured we was satifiied with the job.

Tree Tech-Tree Services did an excellent job, especially on leaving the area so nice. I didn't have to do any kind of clean-up when they were done. They do everything efficiently and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. They told us if we needed them to follow-up on anything, to let them know. They're also very knowledgeable.

It's like having a brother-in-law in the business! Worked his schedule around the fact that the ground was damp, laid plywood down as to not create ruts, and cleaned up immaculately.

Michael Roe was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Tree-Tech completed all the work as described and cleaned up very well. They were careful to rope down limbs so as not to bother my neighbor's yard nor damage my roof. I recommend them.
