Slick sales and decent price but most of what they did really doesn't work. Would not invite them back.

When I had my home built, Leland from Tison Sound and Security was phenomenal to work with. He was patient with me and offered excellent advice on where to install pre-wiring throughout the home for maximum practicality. His knowledge is outstanding, and his work ethic is top-notch. I would definitely recommend Leland—he’s great at what he does.

We had a technician come to our house to change us from 2 remotes to 1. He was so professional and got if fixed in no time. We used Tison 9.5 years ago to set up hour new house with an alarm and TVs so we did not hesitate to use the again. Awesome company.

I want to thank JR and Brandie for their excellent customer service. Jr was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate and understand their home security. Brandie was always quick to respond and very friendly. Their promptness and responsiveness are appreciated. Thank you!

Leland & Tammy did a phenomenal job at inserting the Cat 6 cables in our home today. I would recommend them and the company, Tison as well. Very satisfied with their services!

Driving on the Buckman bridge behind a company truck this morning just to watch the driver of Tusing Sound & Security truck throw trash out the window which blew over the side of the bridge and into the St. John’s River. Truck #12 It is totally unacceptable for a local company to allow employees to liter into our city’s waterway. Coincidentally, I have been researching local companies to install a security new system and I’ve decided Tison won’t be getting my business because of this incident.

BEWARE OF TISON SOUND & SECURITY The pre-wire was non operable in several areas of our new home and a live wire left hanging from our garage/kitchen entry. Workmanship is appalling. SPENT $2k had to pay another vendor to fix part of issues with non operable contacts and will still need to pay someone to fix wire & box issues. Owner Shawn states work looks just fine!! You be the judge and tell me this is quality for a brand new home!

I am not pleased after having to being a loyal customer and referring people in the beginning before i knew better. However,, now I would only inform customer of the service and tell them beware and to stay away because they do not show up never on time and don't keep their word and not loyal and don't care about their customers at all more less than their time.

Great. On time and all work completed as planned.

The installation went fairly quick. The technicians explained everything as they went along & further explained the operation after installation was complete. We had to have Tison come out & install another feature the builder forgot & the technician was helpful enough to go over some of the details I either forgot or didn't quite grasp the first time. He tested the system again & gave me some pointers which help a lot...we haven't had a security system in over 25 years, so its all new to us!

The owner and another gentlemen came out and gave us an estimate. The technicians came and did an awesome job of hanging our TV plus hooking up all the components and explaining in great detail how everything works. We would totally recommend this company!

This company is by far the worst and most over priced installers of low voltage wire I have ever seen. I had a new home construction being done and Tison Sound and Security was the sub-contractor doing the install of the low voltage wiring. This included coax lines, cat5e telephone lines, Cat6 shielded lines and 14 Gage speaker wire for several locations. The dry wall was not even up so the installation was not going to be difficult. All that was required was to run the lines nothing else. When I asked for a material and labor cost break down as to know what I was paying for the owner refused saying he could not do that. I then only had them install the basics of the coax and cat5e phone lines as was part of the house and had another company do the remainder. When the workers from Tison Sound and Security did their install they did not install the items in the correct location. When told this they refused to move it. The company I had come in to do the work for just installing the cat6 Shielded wire along with the speaker wires charged me half of what Tison quoted me and did an excellent job. If you choose a company to install your low voltage wiring stay far away from this shady outfit.

They were okay. They seemed a little rushed. They messed up something and I dint figure out until they left that was that when they went into my attic they broke the steel door and they didn't tell me that they had broken it. They basically left the attic space uncovered. Overall they had the price and most affordable from the places that I called around. They were the most reasonable and affordable but the final housekeeping was not good.
