Description of Work: They arrived about an hour late. I was not quite sure as to why, but they apologized twice. They went right to work, one working inside, one working outside. They were agreeable to doing the windows that I wanted done. (I had previously done the insides of a few myself to avoid them having to move valances for shutter opening.) The windows look great, and I am pleased with the result. I would use them again.
