They were helpful. We used them all the time. They were professional.

They kept me very very long waiting. They were so slow. Call the store first to see if you could get better delivery. I did everything online. The workers were fine. I couldn't say nothing bad.

They are fine and they look good. I bought the floor on sale and it was on official order and I had a great price on it. They had no issue fixing it. They came straight out and ordered the doors and we had it within a week. They were like anybody else and nothing ever runs smoothly. The price was excellent and I wouldn't have done it if it was not for the price. Their installer was out of this world, he was as good as I have ever seen anybody do. They were excellent. Whenever I told there is an issue with the floor and it peels off in a couple of places they come out and say, and ldquo;No problem wherever you get the mold down call us back and we will come in and fix it'. They could hire good contractors and floors. The quality was good. The only problem I had is that they told me it will take a week but I didn't get it till three weeks. I have to keep calling them and they don't call me. I love the floor. Once they started late but it was perfect. They were here when they said they were going to be here. One time the floor didn't come on time. They were very professional. They were being polite, nice and kind. They had the product that I wanted and it was so reasonable.

It was too pricey for our rental property. He was very professional.

It went pretty well. The price was competitive. They were pretty professional. They showed up late but it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely use them again.

I have been completely satisfied with everything they have done so far. I was satisfied the women I worked with called me at periodic intervals to see where I stood on the job and we ended up having good communication. I thought it was little slow sitting there working with her during my appointment however it was not the way they typically work. They normally have you pay small fee upfront then they send someone to your home and they make all the measurements and I chose not to do it that way. I made my own measurements and I sat down with her while she inputed into the computer and if I we had done the other way then I wouldn't have been spending my own time sitting there waiting while she did all the computer input, so I can't fault them for that, and that was my choice. I would continue to use them.

Contracted with Home Depot and their service provider in the area arrived on time, installed to perfection and left on time. They were thoroughly professional. Don't know how it could have gone better. I hadshopped around and the price was more than competitive.

They were excellent. They did awesome work. The guys that put in our counter tops even came to do extra things for us at Christmas time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were very polite. The price was pretty reasonable.

When we were shopping for carpet, Home Depot was the only ones who took the time to explain the grade and durability of the carpet. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained everything on the bill. The carpet looks great, so I am extremely pleased with that.
