Description of Work: Put up new gutters and downspouts around my entire house. Did a great job and were professional. The only complaint I have is they were going to come back and move a downspout to a different direction. Never came back.

+ -1 moreTim Worthy provided an estimate to install gutters on my entire house. After comparison with other companies we contacted to perform the same job we decided to go with Gutter Solutions due to their reasonable cost for the project. We called Tim and set up an appointment to have the job done. The crew showed up on time on the prearranged day with all the materials and equipment required. They removed the old gutters, fabricated the new ones on site and installed them in a very efficient manner. The entire job took approximately 8 hours to complete. All the trash (old gutters, parts etc)was removed and my yard was left in good condition. That day we had a downpour and the gutters worked exactly as designed with no leaks or defects.

+ -1 moreOverall I was very satisfied with the company, the professionalism of the owner and the quality of the gutters. The price was reasonable and I would just be sure to check up on the co-workers progress, in the future. Definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: Gutters were installed along the North side of my home, along with downspouts. Additional gutters were installed on the second story of my home over the front doorway with two additional downspouts. I was very satisfied with the color match, and the quality of the gutters. I also had a gutter insert placed in the gutter directly over the back door which would help with water splashes during heavy rains. The gutters were cleaned out on both stories of the home, to include downspouts. Tim (the owner) contacted me immediately with a date to meet to discuss the estimate. The price quote was exactly the cost to do the cleaning and installations. No surprises at all. The workers came on time and finished the work on time. My only negative comment was that the two co-workers left several clumps of pine straw, which was removed from the drains, in my yard, that I had to clean up. Specifically these were in the areas that were on the side and back of the home. I did not see the straw until they had left. I am certain the if Tim had seen the straw, he would have picked it up or had his workers pick it up.

We discussed the job (gutter installation on side and back of one story home) over the phone and they provided an estimate based on my description and measurements of the job. They asked when I needed the job done .. ASAP was my answer ... and they said they would fit me in on Monday since it was not a big job. What a great listener! They (a crew of three) showed up on Monday (in the rain) and completed the job in spite of the weather. They worked efficiently and courteously. I was given a lifetime warranty on labor and materials. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff.

Description of Work: Tim installed gutters after the repairs to my home were finished. The home repair price didn't break out the gutter cost, so I no feel for competitiveness. They also removed some hurricane shutters while they were up on the ladders & I paid them extra to that.
