Mr. Sweeters was very knowledgeable and thorough in locating the leak. It’s been several months now, and it’s amazing how much less water I have to add to the pool now that the leak has been fixed.

Ken, of Poolside Leak Detection, is AWESOME! I had a stubborn leak in the skimmer and was getting the pool resurfaced, so decided to finally fix the leak. I called Ken. He was immediately responsive and we arranged a time in a few days for him to stop by (I called on a Friday). Lo and behold, about an hour later, Ken calls and says he's in the neighborhood and can he stop by. He gets here just minutes later. Super friendly; the type of guy you get an instant good vibe about. He looked at the skimmer and said, "I think you're fine." It seems the leak may have been due to loose tiles at the skimmer, so the $1200 repair I feared wasn't an issue at all. He patched it up with some material. The pool had no water (given the resurfacing) so he said for me to wait until it's full of water, and if it leaks, he would happily come back. Either way, he said, there are ways around fixing leaks that don't require full replacement, most of the time. I offered to compensate his time and material, but he said no. He wouldn't take a dime, since, he said, he was in the area anyway. You dont find that anymore. Most service companies want at least $35 just to show up. I can't thank him enough. Wonderful service, and awesome down-to-earth guy who has the old-fashioned values we all miss. Thanks, Ken!

The gentleman was very professional. Went above and beyond to help me understand my pool on a different level. Guaranteed his work and even asked if he could call to make sure all was fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that thinks they have a leak.

I was referred to Ken by my poolman and after contacting Ken he was over within the hour and got to work right away! Couldn't be more HAPPY!!!!

Easy-breezy! I am watching my parents' home for them while they are out of town & they have had both light go our in the last year. The pool is pretty old. I don't know who replaced the 1st light to go out, but I remember them saying it was difficult to find someone to come out & replace it. Poolside came & replaced the light & seals the next day after we contacted him. Couldn't have asked for it to go smoother than it did. Will call him first next time we have a pool problem.

I called the company & the owner was able to come to my home the following morning. He found a few (3) different leaks & patched them all for no additional charge. This was included in the cost of having him come to my home. I felt like his pricing & warranty were both competitive & was very impressed with the timely manner in which he came over. I have not had many problems with my pool, but if I have any more in the future, I will certainly call Poolside. The owner is very professional & prompt & tok the time to explain what was going on with my pool & showed me where he found the leaks. Excellent customer service & work ethic.
