TRIM ALL LAWN SVC

Trim All does not care about the job they perform. I have contacted my HOA rep numerous times, as well left them correspondence on their website. The job they do is inconsistent and half assed every time. The first time I contacted my representative (6/21/17) they had not cut the area around the stormwater management area adjacent to my back yard for 3 weeks as per the guidelines of my HOA covenants and restrictions. They came around the next week then cut the inner circle seen in the grass (See photos) and that was it. They came back subsequent weeks and completed the task with the exception of up to the fencelines. Several weeks later on 7/7/17 they came back to my area after a two week hiatus and cut all but the waterline and the fenceline (see photos). Again I contacted my HOA rep with photos. By this point the fenceline hadn't been addressed for at least a month and one of the grassy weeds had grown to just about my height (see photos). I later addressed this weed myself with a weedwhacker over the fence as there is no gate to the area. They came back the next week while I was home from work and held them accountable myself for one week and they finally they trimmed fenceline. However this was the last time I saw them for 3 weeks. They came back today on 8/15/17 and once again my dues have paid for the ring closest to the waterline to be trimmed, and nothing else (See Photos). You can drive through Plummer's Creek and see all the ragged common areas along the side of the roads where grass is either overgrown or scalped because they don't cut the St. Augustine grass to the recommended lengths. One pass through and its easy to see the lack of pride they take in their work and the commitment they have to their contracts. They initially complained to the HOA rep that their lack of efforts were due to the heavy rainfall, then proceed to cut the hardest part of the waterline that seems to indicate they still can get the job done. Even if they can't there are more primitive measures that can be taken (a simple weedwhacker comes to mind) when the ride on mowers aren't available. If you want a lawn service that will rob you of your money and do a half assed job, then Trim All is the right company for you!!!
