The owner barely looked up from her task (she was walking around with a clip board) and said she didn't really have time and I should find someone else. There was no one else. It's a tiny nursery with only a handful of employees. My car was twenty feet away. All she would have had to do is look in at the plant. Maybe 2 mintues of her time, tops. She walked away, leaving me standing there. Poorest customer service I have ever had from a nursery! Also, the plant material was only average and high priced. I have known several people who have worked with her, and they have had even worse experiences. With so many wonderful nurseries, like Goodness Grows, in our area, don't reward this horrible service by going here.
Description of Work: I went to this nursery to look around and also to ask for some advice with a houseplant I'd been having trouble with. After browsing and picking out plants to buy, I went to pay. Once I had bought the plants, I asked if someone wouldn't mind taking a quick look at my troubled houseplant (which I had left in the car, so as not to spread whatever disease it might have to her nursery).
