Site - Prep # One LLC

I had a great experience dealing with Site Prep when they removed my rotting fence and replaced it with a double-sided cedar fence along my side yard. The fence was built beautifully and they worked very hard to get the project done on time. They also built two substantial gates for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Site Prep!

Alan Pye is not only a VERY hard worker, but so is his helper, together they not only tore out 95% of the back and sides of the house, they installed sod that was so much better than the garbage another company installed, but my Wife and I could not be any happier with the final outcome of the work. ALAN explained the need for plenty of water, which helps the roots take hold in the dirt. If i ever need ANY OTHER work, you can be sure HE will be the one I call. He is proud of his work and rightly should be. GREAT JOB ALAN

This was serious problem with a snapped tree from the hurricane.. Alan responded the day I requested the quote and took the tree down the next day. It was a difficult removal but he did his best to minimize plant and yard damage. Would definitely hire them again.

They came back over to review what work would be done one more time before starting. They started and finished the project quickly and came back in a timely manner to address a couple of small issues.

They did everything on time the way they said they were going to do it.

Alan did a great job installing a large flower bed in my back yard. He also removed a couple of shrubs in my front yard. I have just started lawn service with him and so far everything has been perfect. I highly recommend him for anything to do with lawn care.

I've used Mark several times! He does wonderful work and is always dependable. He goes above and beyond! It is very refreshing to work with someone like that!
