 + -1 moreTheir service is effective. I do see a roach here and there once in a while but they are dead or dying for the most part. So it works. I will continue to use them in the future.

 + -1 moreThey came out and did an inspection and answered my questions and provided an estimate. They came back out again when I had more questions.
Description of Work: Termite treatment done 7/20/11. So far, I'm very happy with this service. They will be coming out again soon once I gut my garage and will then let me know if tenting the house is required. I will update this report after all of my war on termites is done. It's a battle. So far, Terry has made me feel very comfortable that my house is in good hands. Update 7/29/11: I had my garage gutted and Kelley's came out to check for termite damage, which I did have extensive damage in part of the garage. They treated the garage for me once it was gutted, just like they promised, at no extra charge. They said once I have the new headers installed, I can call them and they will come and retreat again before the drywall goes up. On a side note, Mr. Kelley spent 20 minutes answering a variety of unrelated homeowner fix-it type questions for me today, very nice of him. He probably saved me a lot of money with my contractor. I am really happy with this company and feeling much better about the termite situation now that it is under control.

 + -1 moreWe have used Kelley Pest Control for about 20 years and have had no problem with roaches and fleas in that time. Kelley is just an outstanding company that is respectful of its customers, including being especially careful with its chemicals.
Description of Work: Kelley Pest Control sprays monthly for roaches and fleas. They spray inside the house only.
