My project involved trenching the slab and rerouting plumbing, and everything was done quickly and seamlessly. Marcel was beyond patient when I took extra time to make decisions, and even came out on a saturday to regrout my floor tile at no additional cost when I didn't like the grout color that I had picked! He says customer service is his highest priority and he showed that time and time again. I noticed an area of rough drywall a week after the project was completed, and after notifying him in the morning, he had his drywall crew out that afternoon fixing it and he had it repainted that next day by noon!
