+ -1 moreThey left nails, broke an the ac cover on the condenser outside, they exposed the homeowners skylights and created roof leaks. Etc etc. terrible, would not come back and fix ac unit, fixed leaks, then homeowner had to have painter come in, they were very unprofessional.

+ 1 moreSaid it would be done in 2 months and was done in 6. Poor supervision of the work force. quality of work was subpar because of poor supervision. A small core work force 4 people and outsources the majority of the work. Fired the A/C subcontractor, two roofers, exterior trim breaker, and one painter.
Description of Work: Rebuilt the 2nd story, roof and walls. New siding, aluminum roof, 2 bathrooms, Bath to Laundry room conversion, entry stairs and new entry roof. Remodeled sun room. Repainted and new floors on 2nd floor and outside.
