+ -1 moreDo not under any circumstances use this provider, Albert Hudson dba Secured Connections, LLC dba Coastal-tel.com. First, he has co-opted the corporate names for which he has no legal right and from what we can determine has walked away from several like projects in our community. We paid him over $11,000 for telephone and equipment installation for which he did almost no work and found ourselves obligated to hire 2 other fims to fix what he messed up and finish the installation at an additional cost in excess of $6700.,
Description of Work: Very little and walked away from the project. All attempts to resolve the situation were unsucessful. He refused to return phone calls, texts or emails. We had to retain an investigator to track him down and refer him to our attorney, to whom he refused to deal with. We as well as other customers in the county are considering legal action to recover our payments.
