Mr. Coop was wonderful! He cleaned the vent, promised to come back if any issues and he did! He was a true southern gentleman, did the job well and I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

He came back twice more because we had issues. He really followed up very, very well and we were very happy. Now the dryer vent cleaning has been really much better. It was really quite a problem and he really stuck with it. He did an excellent job. He gave initial service and then we called him back twice more because there were some issues. He really stood behind his work. He said he guaranteed it for a year so anytime I have further problems he said to come back. We called him the third time and there was no problem. He followed through on his guarantee. We paid him once for his initial coming and he said if there were any further problems to call him and he would be back. He said there would be no additional charge so he came back both times with no issues of further payment. He was very, very good. Someone else had come out once before and they were not very good. His price was basically the same as the earlier person. The first time he came he thought we had the problem solved, but the second time when he came back he did a different service to get to the same problem and it was great. So the guy knew what he was talking about and did a really good job. He was really outstanding. We will call him back in a year.

Mr. Coop was on time; explained & thoroughly why the dryer vent was not working. Performed cleaning and there hamdehimcsthated that the task had been accomplished.

I called a local repair (appliance) company for dryer vent cleaning. They didn't perform the service but recommended Ed Coop. We called and Ed came out the next day. Then set an appointment and came on time and cleaned the very which exited to the roof. He was very courteous, clean and thorough

Ed arrived just before our 3pm. Appointment time and opened the garage Door and interior access to the laundry room and move the hanging rack out provide for full access. Ed ? deately set up the blower to the exh qust unit and got it blowing white rechecked the debris of and blower out the vent in the roof at the front of the house until it were completely clear.

Referred by Appliance Specialist called , gave me price came out 2 days later. Called confirmed his appointment. Came out very friendly hooked up blow to vent started up, went out watch lint water come out of vent, came back in put back together. ( A bit expensive for blower, $60 would of been better use of my electric which I pay for to run blower 500 watt blower, ran 15-20 minutes)

Very well. Ed Coop showed up on time fully equipped to handle our difficult task. He used specialty tools including a special device that lifted the dryer off the floor & moved it without damaging the floor. The task took about 2 hours. We immediately saw significant improvement in the performance of our dryer. Unfortunately, our vent hose subsequently came loose and we called Ed back. He returned promptly and replaced the faulty hose free of charge. We have a very tight laundry closet with large washer and dryer sitting on pedestals constrained by a shelf and bi-fold doors. It is a difficult installation, but did not phase Ed. Considering that he came from Fernandina Beach (30+ miles), his fee was quite reasonable.

Ed Coop showed up on time and performed the service as expected. He spent a few extra minutes explaining how the process works and why vents get clogged like they do. It makes no sense why so many dryers are vented up through the roof.

They provide a list of Florida State Laws which is helpful. Their service helps my dryer to run more efficiently.
