Description of Work: Replace two ceiling fans on our back porch. Chris and his son, Justin, showed up early. They took down and disposed of the old fans and installed two new fans.

+ -1 moreContacted the proprietor in October. Busy schedule on company's part led to a delay in inspection. I waited a few weeks for an estimate which I agreed to. Was told it would be a couple more weeks before the work could be done with more excuses. It is now the end of December and no contact whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not use again.

Everything looked great and Chris was even willing to spend a little more time to do a little extra beyond what we had discussed beforehand (given how busy he is, really appreciated this.)
Description of Work: Added trim to screened porch; Corrected closet issue where washer / dryer was stored (issue caused washer / dryer to not fit / stick out) so that he could then install a door in front of the W/D. Patched holes under sinks where sink cabinets / plumbing had been poorly installed.

Description of Work: My Wife and I hired Chris Fritts to perform repairs on the exterior fascia of the house and to install a new exterior door and lockset. We had a deadline on the fascia repair and the work was completed on time and very reasonably priced. We were so pleased with the work and after meeting his wife, Jill, we arranged multiple jobs thereafter, including and not limited to: removal of jaccuzi, plumbing & equipment; retexturing/painting ceilings; installation of ceiling fans in three rooms; electrical repairs, cleaning and trash removal from previous home owners. They have been reliable, handy in multiple skillsets, and we continue to call upon them for future projects.

Description of Work: Great work! A bookshelf was assembled, a large picture strung and hung, a screen door was repaired, and high ceiling light bulbs changed within an hour. Work quality was superb and workmen very professional and courteous. I will definitely use these men for all future hone projects.
