Description of Work: Explained my problem in a phone call, was asked to email a couple of pictures from my phone, and while still on phone, got a couple of ideas to address the problem myself.

Description of Work: They replaced all of our florescent ballast units and some other misc |electrical needs. They were very professional and we were very pleased with the results of the work.

Description of Work: I have had mixed results. Had very good results at an excellent price for pulling new cables for our clubhouse new surveillance cameras and fixing a problem with outdoor lighting. Frustrating results trying to get a contactor replaced on pool motor equipment when the original part was not available and the tech gave up trying to find a suitable replacement after a week. Another tech had no problem finding an adequate replacement and had us back in operation in a day.

Description of Work: After an initial problem over the scheduling, all went well. Their electrician, Charles, was very professional and competent. He changed ballasts in two bathrooms, installed an outlet and GFCI in my master bath, and changed a dimmer in my dining room. I provided some of the material myself, which brought the cost down.

Description of Work: He returned my call late on Friday afternoon and talked me through our outlet issue and we came to the conclusion he didn't need to do a service call. Very professional and helpful and I will call him with any future needs!

Description of Work: Listen, I did not respond before, because 1) don't remember when I had service by this provider..2)The problem I had was just that I had used the wrong light bulbs on a lamp with a dimmer. This was pointed out by Mr. Henry himself. So, I just went out and bought the right light bulbs. However, he was polite, punctual, professional and did not make me feel stupid! I'm getting ready to contact them again for another problem that has risen .

Description of Work: I am completely satisfied with Henry Electric Company. I decided to install two security lights in the back of my home. The owner, Chuck Henry visited as scheduled, on time and gave an estimate. I was impressed with his thoroughness, but thought his quote pricy. Nonetheless, I proceeded. Henry’s electrician, Charles arrived on time. He was polite and professional. The job took eight hours and accomplished what I intended. In retrospect, the quote was reasonable. I will call on them again if I have an electrical problem.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's List to find an electrician -- and it was worth every penny. Henry Electric came highly recommended and lived up to all those comments. They did the two jobs quickly, hanging a fixture in an awkward place and replacing a light switch. And while they were there I thought up a few other small jobs -- replacing smoke alarm batteries while they had their tall ladders. They didn't jack up the price, and were very friendly. Definitely call them first.

Description of Work: I can not say enough. My mom's house was built in the 50's and my mom has owned it since the early 60's. When we were forced to change insurance companies, the new company did an inspection and recognized the electrical box was recalled back in the 70's and the insurance policy would not be approved until it was replaced. I live thousand's of miles away, and this family owned business acted much like my own family helping me resolve this issue long distance. They installed a new box and replaced the old wires, doing exceptional work at an unbelievable price, and all within the short deadline the insurance company provided. They even emailed communications at the insurance companies request, all the while I had not yet paid them a dime!!! They trusted me to mail them a check after the fact. I know this was not their usual protocol, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. They were truly angels when I needed some. I will recommend Henry's Electric to anyone who needs electrical service who desires to do business with an honest contractor who also delivers exceptional work quality.

Description of Work: Called Judy n 9/24 and wanted to talk about getting service. Very polite and stated a had a unique need and they only had one person that could do what I needed and would call me back and set a schedule. Called back on Tuesday and said had not talked to the person that did the work but had my name and number and would get back with me. Called Scott on 10/05 and told him the above. Very appologetic and said what Judy had said was correct and that I needed to call back on Monday and they see if they talked to David. They were so polite but could not reach a realative to see if they could do the work. I am sorry it did not work out but after 2 weeks felt at least they could have said sorry we can not help you.

Description of Work: There was no service performed since I did not recieved a call back. We contacted Henry Electric Company twice left two messages on Sun. Sept. 30 and on Wed. Oct 3. Very disappointed, this was our first time using Angie's list.

Description of Work: I CALLED FOR HELP TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON MY ELECTRIC BOX , SO I CAN GET HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. I HAD TO HOUSE INSPECTED AND ON HIS REPORT I WAS TO REPLACE THE ELECTRICAL BOX. I REALLY SURPRISE THAT THE OWNER >CHUCK HENRY CAME HIMSELF IN A SHORT TIME. HE CHECKED MY BOX AND SAID IT WAS FINE. HE EXPLAINED WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1971 THAT ALL UP TO CODE. AND THAT CODE REMAINS THE SAME FROM THE DAY IT WAS BUILT. HE WAS VERY NICE, EXCELLENT BUSINESS DEMEANOR. WAS DRESSED IN GRAY PANTS & WHITE SHIRT. HE HELPED ME SAVE ALOT OF MONEY.
