It didn't go because they never showed up. Had they actually showed up, I feel the job would have gone well. I made the appointment 1 week ago over the phone. I informed the person on the phone that I would not be available or present at the home, and they would be working with my husband who would take time off of work to be at the home that day. I provided his cell phone number to the person on the phone to contact my husband directly. 11/28/18 - The date of the appointment. I received a missed call and a blank voicemail. that sounded like someone hung up right away. As stated previously I was not available as a contact on this day, and did not see that I had a missed call until 1 hour after the call was missed. My husband texted me and told me no one from Henry Electric had shown up to the house yet. I called the missed number back about an hour later when I was available, and it was Henry Electric. The person on the phone (Judy) explained that the technician (Charles) had tried to call me and their office had also tried to call me to let me know they were on their way. Judy explained that since the were not able to get in touch with me, that I was their policy that the "trucks had to keep rolling" and they completely skipped our home without ever going in person. What!? I asked Judy why no one physically "rolled" to our home first before abandoning the appointment, and that my husband was home the entire time - and Judy explained that it was their policy that if no one answered the phone, that they would not go in person. This is very frustrating and disappointing because at no point when I made the appointment, was this explained (and in addition, they were calling the wrong person!) Be warned, if you happen to be "indisposed" or unavailable to answer their phone call, they will completely skip over your house without even visiting in person. I cannot think of a more unprofessional company, who does not even provide customers the courtesy of going to the home in person, after they have scheduled an appointment in advance. I will not be using this company in the future.

The person that came out was super informative about what needed to be done and his estimate was direct and honest. A different company tried to up-sell me and claimed i needed 6,000 worth of work done. When i am ready i will hire Henry Electric to do the pig tail work i need to get the panel updated as well to appease the insurance companies.

I called Henry's Electric, they were prompt, answered phones immediately and within several hours I had someone to inspect and deal with issue. Geoff was the electrician and he was cordial as well as expedient. All the work was done within 2 hours.

I contacted your company for help, and Judy was amazing, kind, patient and so professional!!! She walked me through a different way of resetting my outlets free of charge and got everything working!! I will definitely contact this company for any future electrical needs!

Billy worked quickly and neatly and was very professional.

The electrician was dispatched shortly after my call. He quickly determined what I needed and gave me a fair price. They ordered the part and within a week He was back and installed everything. We connected my generator and everything works as he explained it would. He was very good about insuring that I was comfortable about the operation of the switch and connecting the generator. I would recommend Henry Electric Company and I will be using them again for future projects.

We have hired Henry Electric 3 separate times in the past 6 months to service an old house which we purchased a year ago. They are professional, punctual, excellent problem solvers, and fairly priced. It is family owned, and operates to maintain an good reputation. They worked closely with our city to change our feed from overhead to underground, did trouble shooting on 2 faulty circuits in our house and garage, and added 2 in-floor boxes for our living room lamps. They were thorough, informative, neat, and performed the work at the estimated price.

Great! He was able to find the problem and solve it without trying to "upsell" me or feed me a line of bullcrap.

Not too well. I have used Henry's service many times in the past with good results. This time, Charles came out. He looked at the attic fan but told me that Henry's doesn't work on attic fans. He then went to the power box about the electrical hookup for the generator. In the past, Henry's repairmen come and if they don't have the right part, they go get it and finish the job. Charles said the box was old and they would have to research parts. Basically advice was given but no work and no charge at this point. Scott was to get back to me so that the generator job could be done. After no word for several weeks I called Judy. At first she said Scott would get right back to me. He never did. After several additional calls, I finally gave up and went to another company.

Needed several visits to get track light repaired but very professional and thorough. Stayed extra time and explained how best to solve issues

Easy to set up appointment. We were given the per hour labor costs (since all work was replacing existing fixtures and scope did not require a quote). The electrician would walk the work with us prior to starting and give us the estimated cost. Charles (electrician) was great. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He offered suggestions and worked to ensure everything was as we wanted. We ended up doing a couple extra things (converting fixtures to LED bulbs). We are extremely happy with his work and Henry Electric. We plan to work with them again in the future.

Great company and I would definitely use them again. From the call to schedule the appointment to the estimator to the electrician, all were great to deal with. And the electrician did the job as needed, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He was conscientious about cleaning up before he left and was finished sooner than expected. Plus, they charged $150 less than another big name company I received a quote from.

Good, professional company. First time using Henry and if I need electrical work again I will definitely call them again.

It went great. Bryan the electrician came to do the work. He called 30 minutes before he came and was within the time frame originally set by the office. The office person was concerned with my problem, very pleasant and set the appointment up while we were on the phone. Brian is a very experienced electrian. He found the ballast in both fixtures were bad. They were fairly new fixtures I installed myself from home depot. Instead of changing the ballast he eliminated the ballast which eliminates future ballast problems and rewired to accommodate 110 volt LED lights which put out much better light. The problem with the receptacle led back to the panel to a bad breaker. After inspecting he found two other bad breakers. I was glad he did because it eliminated a serious problem in the future in which it would possibly cause a fire. Brian had to make a special trip to the supply house to get the breakers and the panel blanks. I was impressed with Bryan because he didn't try to up sell me and never criticized the work I did ( I had 7 yrs experience in the trade) I had this company install 3 fans and wall controls around 2010. They did a superb job then, I didn't know they were a full service till now. I won't let anyone else touch do my electrical work from now on. If you have an older house I would recommend you call them just to check the electric system out.

It went absolutely great! We selected Henry Electric from Angie's List. They were very responsive, professional and knew what they were doing (I'm a retired electrical engineer so I understood what was going on . . .). Their electrician, Doug, did a super job and was only satisfied with perfection in his work. He worked very diligently and was sensitive to any concerns or tweaks that I had. Manny, who visited the house to scope the task and provide the estimate was knowledgeable and accommodating. I recommend Henry Electric very highly and will recommend them to my friends. I will call them for any electrical work I may need in the future.

Very well. After the man left, one of the bulbs began flickering. He came back the next morning and replaced the bulb at no cost.

The technician explained the wiring and although unfamiliar with my specific switch was able to help me get it installed and working.

I had tried out other electricians and this one by far with quality of work, timeliness and professionalism was better then others.

They did fine for me. They did good. Their performance was very good, very very excellent. Their professionalism was very good. They were always on time. I used them a few times. It was a good experience. They are very very good. They are very responsive. Price is really hard to say, because I didn't go around and check the price. I suspect that their prices were good.

Mr. Henry specialized in Hot water heater electrical issues, so he was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. After a poor experience with a plumber earlier in the day, he restored my faith that there are still kind and honest repair people around.

Everything went well. Our technician was very professional. He refastened the electrical box, repaired the light switch on the ceiling fan and replaced the outlets.

Project went extremely well. We selected Henry Electric because they are local and they have great Angie's List ratings. Due to scope of work, they provided an estimate ahead of time. They did excellent work and kept to budget. You get what you pay for. Henry Electric is not cheap, but we have absolute confidence in the quality of their work.
