 + 2 moreThey are fabulous. They work so hard, they were here for 5 hours and he just didn't stop working! He kept asking what else he could do, which was great. I have already planned to use them in the future, and he's going to be doing work for some of my family as well. They are exceptional, great and clean work! So professional and courteous. They definitely went the extra mile for me.
Description of Work: I purchased an offer for $99 for 2 Hours of Handyman Service. He fixed my fence, fixed my gate, and pressure cleaned my driveway and sidewalk. He also fixed my gutters, repaired a hole in the fabric on my gazebo, planted some plants for me, and replaced some of my lights outside!

They cleaned up all their work areas and were sure to leave any parts and instruction manuals that were left over. I definitely plan to use them again for projects that I do not trust myself to do.

 + 0 moreAFE assessed the issue, leveled the unit, and filled the area with concrete to help it hold for a much longer time. They gave me multiple options and an honest opinion of potential future issues due to the tree root. I am happy with the work. It saved me over $100 from having the HVAC guys do it. I own several properties in the area and AFE has worked for me a number of occasions. I continue to be pleased with their work and I would hire them again.
Description of Work: I had an exterior HVAC unit that was leaning due to a giant tree root and soil that washed out during the hurricane.

Being a property manager, I shop carefully for valuable services and am glad that I tried AFE Home Maintenance. It is a relief to have someone you can count on to get a job done at a reasonable price that exceeds your clients expectations. I would partner with them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey were very pro active and I had a bit of a challenge with the really heavy, big painting that I was trying to hand and they figured it out and made it all work and really gave it a lot of thought and they really cleaned up after themselves and just did a great job with everything and they were fast and their pricing is really good they charge basically just by the hour and they were very good value for what they did.
Description of Work: I use AFE Home Maintenance for handy man services. They repaired a hand drill and hung some pictures for me and a mirror and did some minor sort of removing some hard to move drapery brackets and things that I needed to get off the walls that they did. They do all kinds of home maintenance handy man work.

Description of Work: Fixed all the doors in the townhouse that did not latch. Cleaned the dryer vent, inside and out which I am sure had not been cleaned since it was new - about 10 years and replaced an air conditioner thermostat. The repair guy came on time, called me on my cell, as I am not the occupant of the townhouse, but my grandson and other students at UCF are. All repair prices were given to me in advance, in fact, after the quote was given to me and I paid - the repair guy found two other doors that did not latch properly and fixed them - all at no additional cost. I had them give my grandson a card and have authorized him to call whenever they need anything fixed. This is just a great deal for me!
