I recently received a xhexk in by the city who found that one small lid was not secure. After reviewing it, I found all screw holes were stripped in the plastic. It looksnlike the person servicing it had not seated the screws correctly. I called Brian Davis and explained I need it fixed as the system has only been serviced by their company. They sent out a person to look at it and they agreed it should have been screwed correctly. After several communications, email and calls, they finally got back with an estimate for ME to pay for their mistake. I requested several times to talk to the owner and get this resolved with no effort from them for over a month. I recommend not using this company! There are better ones out there, I have cancelled my contract and will go to another company. They are there just for money and don't care about their customers. STAY AWAY!

My wife called Bryan Davis Septic and after a couple of rounds of phone tag, finally was able to get a quote and an appointment. The person also asked for my email address to send us some "information" and paperwork to fill out. I never received the email by the time of the appointment, which was Saturday, 4/27/2013, between 11:00am and 1:00pm. By 2:15pm, no one showed up, no one calls, so we call and are told we will get a call back. When we get called back 15 minutes later, it was to be told the service tech went home sick. We then asked for a new appointment, preferably for Sunday, and were told we would get a call back after checking their schedule. Never happened, and subsequent tries to reach them were unsuccessful for the remainder of the weekend. First thing Monday, 4/29/2013, my wife tries them again and gets an appointment set for later in the day for 3:00pm. After lunch she calls to confirm the appointment and is told it will be more like 5:00pm. After no one showing up by 6:00pm, my wife calls and is assured they are just running late, but they will be there soon. Finally, a truck shows up at 8:30pm at night and the service tech is informing me he is just there to pick up the paperwork and a check, not to do any work, that would be scheduled sometime later. What?!?! I had the tech call the office and talked with the lady in charge and she was very rude and tried to imply that all the confusion was our fault as well as not getting the paperwork. Finally after a very frustrating 20 minutes of phone conversation, I have her my phone# and email address, with a promise from her to call me first thing in the morning, so we could get everything moving forward. No call. This has been a horrible customer service experience. There is no professionalism and no courtesy and no urgency. They failed to provide us, the customer, with adequate information to consumate the deal. There was no follow-up about the paperwork they say they required. They were not proactive about notifying us when failing to meet the scheduled appointments, failed on following thru with rescheduling, and failed on commitments and promises on callbacks. The strongest vibe I got from them wasnt to please the customer, but to get their money up front, before a work order was signed or work was performed. After the horrible experiences with how they answer the phone and keep their appointments, I would never give this company (or any other) a check and paperwork, with a promise from them to be back soon. Not happening. Even the service techs that came out that night were totally disallusioned with their management. Not a very happy company. Needless to say, we elected not to pursue services with this company and went with the last company on the list, which should have been the first.
Description of Work: My wife and I closed on our house in SW Palm Bay on 4/5/2013. The house was a foreclosure and came with an aerobic septic system which was a complete mystery to us, and nothing disclosed. Two weeks later we get a visit from Brevard County Public Health telling us that we needed to have a permit and a contract in place to operate our septic system. We were given a list of contractors qualified to service aerobic systems, of which only 3 were certified for our Hydro-Action system. My first choice on they list, no longer provides this service. This left Bryan Davis Septic and one other that could do the work.
