They were awful, but there were a few good things. He did come on time for a quote and advised that he will give the quote in a couple of days, but he gave it only in a week's time. When I called him back, he said he'll give it right away and I think he was overwhelmed. He was very professional and competent, but when he gave me the quote, it was double than the others. The others were in between $7000 and $9000, whereas his quote was almost $15000. The quote was too high and he could not have the work started for at least the next 2 months. Since, it's an older house I needed to have the re-wiring done at the earliest, apart, from that, his manner was very professional and he came home to gather the information, in a timely manner. The only reason I figure out why he was double, might be because it's an older house which was built in 1947 and maybe he just didn't want to do the job. Interestingly, there were no follow ups suggesting that it could be done it in stages, nor did I find him interested in the job. The owner came out for the estimate and his name is Kevin Zinger. He seemed very polite and knowledgeable, but he could have advised the factors for not doing the job. I may not use them in future.

Kevin installed a new electrical box as we needed an upgrade desperately. He came in got straight to work. Trust me, late June in an attic in Florida is not fun, but he kept going and got the job done a very short time. He was more than reasonable on the cost and was a true professional all the time. I do not hesitate in recommending Zinger Electrical Services for anyone looking for a honest and reliable electrician possessing all the knowledge and skills necessary to complete any electrical task.

They returned phone calls in a timely manner and came at the appointed time. They performed the work efficiently and didn't take other phone calls during the job and cleaned up the workplace. It was excellent.
