+ -1 moreI was told that no electrical parts are guaranteed with Rheem products, so their was no warranty. Something has gone wrong just 3 months after John's repair, because the water is so hot that you can't even use it. I called John and spoke with his wife. She told me that he also does not warranty his work. He is suppose to call me this morning, but I have not heard from him yet. If he will not stand behind his work, I will hire someone else to fix it this time.
Description of Work: He was supposed to repair the water heater. He replaced the element and the thermostat. He said he thought it was caused by lightening. This didn't make sense to me, since the power to the water heater comes straight from the electrical box and hasn't effected anything else. This repair was on a unit that was barely a year old.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 8 OR 9 YEARS, AND THEY ARE THE ONES THAT CONSISTENTLY SHOW UP AT ALL. THEY ARE THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I HAVEN'T HAD ANYONE THAT'S A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT AT WORK WE SCHEDULE PEOPLE IN THE AREA. THEY ARE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE PAID HERE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO CLEAN THE PIPE THAT GOES OUT FROM THE WASHING MACHINE. IT WAS BACKING UP. I WASN'T HERE WHEN IT WAS DONE.
