Door Problems

Great guys. Trustworthy. Know what they are doing.

I got the repair done the next day. They worked with my schedule. The repair went smoothly and the repair man was very friendly and professional.

When they were 35 minutes late late; I got a call saying they would be late. I have had dealings with other door companies. The results were quite a bit better as to operation of the doors from the other company. Money was similar.

Our glass sliding patio door has been out of kilter for some time. I hired a handyman from the paper and he left it worse than when he got here, it wouldn't lock or seal shut. I called Door Problems, he did an outstanding job. When he left , the door was perfect.! I don't think it ever worked this well in 30 years. Thank you for the recommendation.

called for a roller replacement on my sliding glass door, was told it would be $187.00. OK no prob. the service guys cracked my door and it then became a $1500.00 replacement. The screen door they installed still doesn't work right and they will be back this Friday to take another look at it. Very dissapointed

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY CALL AND CAME OUT TO CHECK ON MY MIRROR SLIDING CLOSET DOORS THAT WERE NOT SLIDING AND THEY FIXED THEM VERY FAST WITHOUT CHARGING ME. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. HAPPY CUSTOMER,CAROL REAGAN

I made the appointment just the day before and after putting the repair off for so long, it is now such a relief to be able to open our door with little effort! They did a great job. I contacted this company because I needed a new latch for our sliding door and was pleased that Terry recommended that I only purchase the latch and save on the installation by doing it myself. The latch arrived in the mail very soon after speaking with Terry. It turned out to be easy to install and I saved money, which I appreciated.
