+ -1 moreThe terms were 50% down upfront and the remainder after install. Perfectly fine, however, I had to call the installer twice for an update. The installer was polite, professional but his quality of workmanship was not up to my standards. He installed a metal catch on the door jam crooked causing a slight gap of space. Concerned that if I could see light coming through that flying insects would be able to enter, I called the company to have a rep come and provide a solution. The rep arrived and said there isn't anything he could do. So I live with the outcome. Going forward I would use the company again but I would ask for return calls for updates and not use the same installer.
Description of Work: Installed a screen door on the front entrance.

+ 0 moreThey were prompt in all our meetings. Installation was pretty quick. It is a nice door. love using it. the only downside, is that we don't get to use it often enough, so when we do, you have to be careful not to walk through it! It is brown metal with black screen. Sometimes when I go by it, I think I have left the door open :)
Description of Work: Installed a retractable screen door between my garage and laundry room. They came out to see the opening, measured and answered my questions. Took my deposit. Installed a metal threshold at the bottom the door and channels at the top & bottom of the opening that the screen door travels across. There is a magnetic hinge to keep it closed. The door retracts into the side area metal piece when not in use. They had to cut into the wood trim around the door. This was done well with an acceptable appearance.
