+ -1 moreMy computer was processing slower an slower, and, performing unauthorized functions. Cheetah cleared up the prolems, reinstalled the software and new anti-virus software. They were great to work with and answered all my questions promptly and professionally.
Description of Work: Computer was infected with over 100 viruses. Cheetah cleaned up the problem and installed new anti-virus software.

+ -1 moreI NEEDED SOMETHING DONE, AND THEY GOT TO IT REALLY QUICKLY. I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT DID AS MUCH AS THEY SAID IT WOULD DO. I TOOK IT TO THEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT FOR AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE FEE AND IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. IT WAS DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE.
Description of Work: I HAD A HARD DRIVE ISSUE AND SOME VIRUSES. MY HARD DRIVE CRASHED AND THEY HAD TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING.
