Debbie and her staff do an excellent job and take their time focusing on the details. If something isn't quite to my satisfaction, she corrects it or comes back to make me happy. I have used her for a number of years now and she is completely trustworthy. I feel very fortunate to have found someone who has high standards like me.

Debbie's crew has been cleaning my house for several years and they do a nice job. They are always polite, punctual, efficient and thorough. Debbie does a terrific job with scheduling and has been flexible on many occasions when I've needed additional cleanings or to change a scheduled day.

One woman cleaned whole house. Pretty good job except floors were wet mopped and the wood floors ended up sticky/tacky.

Coordinating together, we were able to work through some issues and move forward resulting in a good outcome.

Debbie and her crew were wonderful. They were very thorough and cleaned EVERYTHING ... Baseboards, doors, washed windows, cleaned mini blinds. Fans and mirrors. Bathrooms spotless. I went out on the front porch to see how all was going ... They were washing down the walls and shutters! My husband and I love Debbie and her crew!

Debbie and her staff are top notch! They are professional, punctual and do a great job. If something isn't right, Debbie will make sure it is fixed. They take great care inside the house and are very friendly to our kitties! Would recommend this business to anyone. We have also used them for window cleaning and the work performs was excellent.

We had them for about six months and they did alright pretty much at the beginning, but then they kind of fell off. We found some other people in the neighborhood I live in that are doing it now. I think their price was probably about in line with other people.

We made all of the arrangements via telephone to have our vacation home cleaned. It was great to arrive and immediately relax. The house was very clean and we will definitely continue to use this service. New have used housecleaners for many years and R and R ranks as one of the best.

The idea was a Christmas gift last Dec. of a whole house cleaning, since we've reached an age that more things are not needed. I never called R and R, because I couldn't clean my house good enough to have it cleaned. Sound familiar? Then knee surgery really put me out of commission, so my conscience was appeased and I called. A team of 4 put our house to rights. Wow! They were so nice, thorough and fast. And we will have them back on a more regular basis until I'm fully functioning.

The two people who came to clean were nice and professional in manner. Both were good workers and I had no problem with them. However, the owner had no sense of my time being at all valuable. She could not keep appointments and did not let me know the last time that they were coming 2 hours early. The owner had no idea how this effected me even after I explained to her the need to have a firm time. I was flexible as to her schedule. She was inconsiderate and actually unaware of simple business practices. Also, she was in process of having her son (a painter on the Angies List site) paint my kitchen. He didn't show for our first appointment and after almost an hour wait, Debbie, the owner, called me back and asked if she could come do the estimate as her son was still at a previous job. He should have called be prior to his inability to keep our appointment. Do not trust either to be professional or timely.

AMAZING!!!! My home was cleaned from top to bottom and believe me it needed it. My home never looked so good. I cannot express what a fabulous job they did. I am thrilled that I have found Debbie and her team. They will be coming biweekly. I HIGHLY recommend!

This was a big cleaning; they had a crew of several people that both cleaned and disinfected. It took them two days and they were very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results.

Overall it was a great experience. I am very glad to have found them.

There were 3 others with her. They cleaned everything! She cleaned the blinds, stripped the beds, washed all of the furniture, cleaned the bathroom thoroughly, etc. They did everything that I wanted done. They were here about 5 hours. They were just wonderful and I will be using them again. She is very kind and just a nice person.

I have been using Rand R Cleaning Serivce for over 5 years- that in itself is a recommendation. They are reliable and great to work with.
