Description of Work: Hayden Ben repaired my computer. He picked up the computer and returned it after repair. It wasn't working so he fixed it. He added some parts and fixed it. He also worked on my sons computer.

 + -1 moreDan ordered all the new equipment and accessories I requested and his prices were very reasonable. His knowledge of the different computer operating systems programs, antivirus software and backup systems is exceptional. There was never a question that he couldn't give me an answer too. He always took the time to explain to me why he was doing something and made sure that I fully understood. When Dan finished, I had new computer system, OS and backup capability. I am so happy with my new system.
Description of Work: I called 12Red Tech LLC and talked to Dan. I explained to Dan the problems I was having with my desktop computer running too slow and several other problems I was having. We discuss the problems and setup a time for Dan to come over to perform a series of system tests and what it would take to correct them. Dan showed up at the agree upon time and he started performing a series of system checks. Upon completion of Dan testing he sat down and explained to me what found and what his recommendations were for fixing the problem. Dan gave me several options to consider and the cost for all the options he presented to me and told me to take couple of days to think it over which I did. After several days I called Dan and told him what I wanted him to do. His prices were more than fair and I could not was very happy with the final product.

 + -1 moreI called 12 Red Tech LLC and left a message that I was having a problem with my key Board not responding and the computer was slow. Dan returned the call and appoliged for not answering may call right away because he was having his car serviced. Dan then proceded to check my computer remotely from his office and explained what was cauising my problem. He got rid of some of the programs that were add ons that I did not want. He the ran a scan which detected other problem areas. Dan spent about four hours total to remove the malware and get the computer functioning properly. .

 + 1 more12RED was extremely helpful, courteous, and well priced for all three services. He was able to restore the internet to my laptop, helped me purchase a new laptop based on very specific requirements on my part, and provide training on a software update that left me in the dark. On all three occasions, he was extremely prompt and able to work around my schedule. His pricing is VERY fair and he is super knowledgeable when it comes to computers and new technology. On a side note, he even helped me decide on which new cell phone to purchase!
Description of Work: Over the past several years, I have used 12RED for several different services: fixing a computer, buying a new computer, and software training.

 + -1 moreLaptop is now running a lot quicker than it was and the internet is working smoothly. Before the restore the internet was not opening windows completely and the screens were freezing. Now I am not having that problem and the whole process only took a day and we had computer back the next. Very pleased with the performance of how laptop is running as well as the fact that he was able to save all of our pictures and videos that were on the computer. I would highly recommend this service because he knew immediately what would resolve the issues we were having with the internet and the computer in general. He was professional, the service was quick, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done.
Description of Work: Laptop was completely restored back to original condition that it was in on the date it was purchased. All of the important files such as pictures and videos that were on the laptop were kept from the laptop before the restoration process began. Also the computer was checked for any viruses and memory was added to the computer to speed up performance of the laptop.
