It went very well with no surprises! The owner did it by himself but had a special equipped truck with tanks, compressors, hose recoiling system and all fluids for cleaning.

I called them to get a quote for roof cleaning. I had also asked about sealing the driveway and cleaning the lanai. He said we could do each project individually, but said it would be cheaper with a discount to do them all at the same time. They sent me an estimate for just the roof cleaning. Their profile states they have a 10% discount for Angie's List members, but instead they just offered me 50$ off. They were supposed to be here on Wednesday, but never showed. When I called he acted like we hadn't even discussed it. He said he would try to come today. After waiting all day I called him and he told me he wasn't going to be able to make it but couldn't have even given me the courtesy to call and let me know. They are extremely unreliable and I would never use them again. They've wasted two days of my time.

While at my vacation/rental home in December, I was in contact with these folks to schedule power wash services. We had scheduled an appointment that I later cancelled because I would have already returned home by that date and I was uncomfortable having the wash done around new furniture outside. The next thing I knew, I got an invoice in my inbox for the work we had initially scheduled. Obviously surprised, I called to find out why they did the work anyway. He didn't apologize for coming when he shouldn't have and just said, oh well, everything looked great. I was concerned about the furniture and carpets outside which were new, so I asked how he handled cleaning around them. Again, he only replied and said he could wait for payment if I wanted to inspect the work when I returned at the end April (4 months later?). Okay, well, if they did the work, I wanted to pay them. I just wanted to know if it was done well. I asked my cousin who has a plumbing business to take a peek the next time he was on the island and a few days later he was able to go by. He stated that no work was done AT ALL and sent pictures as well. Almost amazed that someone would bill me for something they didn't even do, I asked the vendor for an explanation. Over a week later, no apology, he asked to see the pictures. I sent a few to him of course. Now, if someone was accusing me of billing for something I didn't do and the appearance that I could possibly be TAKING ADVANTAGE of a lady who, I knew lived out of state and couldn't inspect my work, I'd surely driven myself over there to take a look for myself. But, no effort was made. No apology either. I am offended and feel a bit victimized. I'm glad I never paid him and was able to actually double check the work. I would not recommend this provider.

No call no show. Called - no pick up, went into voicemail. I scheduled off of work so I could get this estimate. So now I lost a day’s wages because of this. All he had to do was call me and cancel the appointment if he didn’t want the job. Was it because I had a mobile home and would be a lower price than a house? I don’t know. Still courtesy is lacking here.

The 2 guys were right on time, and were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on cleaning both the driveway--which had some efflorescence--and the lanai, which had lots of black algae growth. They also pressure washed the front door area and the screen enclosure as an added bonus. I emailed the owner later in the day because a torrential thunderstorm started a little over an hour after the job was finished. He offered to come back and check to see whether the sealer would need to be reapplied. He was a day late coming back, which is why I gave a 'B' for punctuality, but we are VERY happy with the work done and the price we were charged. We will definitely hire Under Pressure again when the black algae begins to take over again... that's life in Florida!

Use soft clean method with chemicals and rinse. They were late but called to let me know they were running behind and washed the driveway at no extra charge.

On time and hard working guys!!!

The roof looks clean and back to its regular color. The two crew members worked hard and continuously and left the work areas clean.

Very impressed...... although NOT the cheapest supplier through tendering the work, I would highly recommend if you require a high quality outcome. Peter LeBlanc is the company owner, and responds very fast to enquiries...... and most importantly "does what he says he will do". This is not the "usual" experience I have found with Floridian contractors. The roof, and guttering finish was EXCELLENT, I was very impressed..... the two man crew on the day, went the "extra mile" to ensure everything was 100%. The property size is 3,500 (under air) to clean, I was quoted $472 for the roof...... and $128 for the guttering, fascia, and soffit. Total $600. I had quotes for $400 - $600, but the "Under Pressure" process does NOT involve harsh high pressure cleaning, which in turn can leave roof tile damage, which you do not know until it rains !!! They spray a solution of chemical, which makes the dark mold / build up "disappear infront of your eyes". Total work time four (4) hours. Roof warrantied against mold for two (2) years. Great Job to Peter and team....... I will use again !

Excellent service, product and response time. This is the better way to clean roofs in Florida. As oppose to high pressure washing that promotes a porous surface that exebates the growth of mold. Under Pressure utilizes bleach and a detergent surfactant that eliminates the mold and provide protection towards regrowth; hence, the two year guarantee. The high pressure approach cannot because starting on day two, the mold begins to grow again. Spent the better part of the day on both the roof and driveway. They kept checking with me to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Two thumbs up!

Cleaned our roof with chlorine instead of power washing. It looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with all the work they performed. We will definitely use them in the future. They were very reasonable and very prompt and efficient.
