Nick was extremely helpful with our dive into the solar world. We bothered him previously while he was onsite for another house in our community and was patient with all of our questions and helping us better understand what would best suit us. He’s knowledge of the product and confidence in the company made our decision a no brainer. We are very happy customers!

What a great company to deal with from start to finish! They installed my pool solar heating system. Took time to explain everything to me. Asked me if I had any questions. Sales, Tech and Office Staff were communicative, helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better company to deal with.

4/23/2024 Stilwell Solar Service Technician JOSE arrived promptly -- as scheduled -- and introduced himself as an 18-year service technician for Stilwell. We discussed the suspected nature of the maintenance issue while viewing from the ground the subject panel area in question. Without delay Jose brought out his ladder and tools out and got busy correcting the problem. During the course of the repair Jose discovered a second issue and repaired it as well. Soon Jose had restored the system to normal operation, tested it, and confirmed to me that these repairs were complete. Throughout his visit Jose was cheerful, pleasant, polite, professional, efficient, and straightforward. It was our pleasure having Jose help us with our solar system repair, and we appreciate his professionalism very much. In the same breath, we'd like to extend our compliments and thanks to Scott and Nick at Stilwell Solar for their cooperation and assistance in resolving our solar repair issues.

As a roofing contractor we work closely with Stilwell Solar. They are always updating us with information and scheduling of the jobs we work together. I would not use any other solar pool heating company. I have personally used Stilwell for two of my personal homes. We love the "free" heat. Highly recommend Stilwell and Jeff Lambert the salesperson.

The service technician arrived on time, was cheerful, and set right to work. While installing the sensor, he discovered the exact location of the leak. In under an hour, he had repaired the leak and installed the sensor. When he was done, he took the time to show me how it had affected the display and function of my Jandy remote. He told me that the bill would arrive in the mail. Two days later, it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount, which was about $40 less than I expected. I hope to have the solar hot water heater installed and to create another review with even more and quot;Aand quot;s.

The price was comparable. Our pool was heated in two days. They did a very professional job and they cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them.

Have never had Stillwell for AC/heating. We moved to P**** Gorda in 1998. MR STILLWELL (the dad!) came here to give us an estimate for solar panel heating for the pool. What a wonderful gentleman!! We signed the contract; they arrived on time and did an excellent job. We were so impressed! Hurricane Charley screwed up our solar so when we got our home repaired Stillwell came again to repair the solar panels that needed to be replaced. Again, it all went very well...........on time, on estimate. NO issues. Our solar heater works fine when we need it. Stillwell remains at the very top of the list of people we have hired at any point for repairs, installations, or services since we moved to FL in 1998. i.e. on time, on point with their estimate, and an excellent/reliable product!That said, we have never had them for AC or heating work. All I can speak to is our initial solar heating for our pool and any service and/or replacement work that has happened since that time. I hope the dad is still alive because I KNOW he would make sure they are doing work up to his standards.

I have used them before. They originallydid the work in the house. My overall service was excellent. The unit hasn't leaked yet. The price is fair. They are good with responsiveness. They were on time. They are very professional.

We are extremely pleased with both the installation, the product and the service. The claim was that this system would keep the pool temperature 15 F degrees above the Gulf water temperature. In December with an afternoon outside temperature of 72 F, our pool water is kept around 90 F without using our electric heater. We do use a pool floating blanket cover when not swimming. I am expecting that the solar panels will make the pool useful year round without ever using our electric heater. Great product, great company! We found Stilwell Solar on Angie's List.

Stilwell installed solar pool heater in 12/1997. They made several repairs under the 10 year warranty, but this was the 1st problem we've had post warranty. The technician arrived when scheduled, quickly identified and repaired two leaks, performed routine maintenance and was finished in less that 1/2 hour. The bill was less than quoted when the visit was scheduled. We'd definitely recommend Stilwell to anyone wanting to purchase or maintain a solar pool heater.

The experience was excellent. Workers arrived one day to remove and returned after the roof was replaced to reinstall panels.
