My pro was on time and got right to work. He was efficient, friendly and informative about a septic system. He found a problem outside the tank that I didnâ t know existed. It is wonderful to have someone come out and do a job professionally. Also, a huge thank you for traveling all the way to Everglades City. I have to say you are there for your customers.

The company was very quick to respond to my initial service request. They performed the pump-out and diagnosed a separate issue requiring minor repairs. This was on November 11. The tech said that a separate visit would be required to make the repairs and said I should expect a call back in a day or two. Hearing nothing further, I called the company back on 11/21 and spoke to a young lady who said she would speak to the owner and get back to me later that day regarding the completion of the minor repairs. I also gave her my credit card information so that the pump out could be charged to me. It is now December 2, and I have heard nothing further, and my credit card still has not been charged for the work already performed.

They were nice and arrived when on time. If they didn?t over charge my credit card for thirty dollars and not fill in the hole they dug to get to my septic they would have gotten five stars. But I had to shovel the dirt back and now have to have the inconvenience of having to dispute the over charge. For seven hundred and fifty dollars I expected better.

Received a call from them before I had time to close the app. Scheduled appointment for 2 hours later. Technician was prompt and efficient. Best service we've had in the 46 years we've been in our home.

They were on time as promised. Completed the job mess no fuss even worked in the rain. My first time owning home with Setic tank and they walked me through on how to maintain a healthy tank. Great Guys, professional and courteous! Definitely my “go to” for future issues!

The called within minutes of my request, came out the same afternoon and finished the job in the pouring rain. Very hard working young man, who was also very helpful and informative.

I hired Southwest Environmental to repair my septic system and they ended up having to install a new drain field. The job was completed in 1 day, which I appreciated until I returned to my property. They destroyed a landscaping wall that ran 40-feet along the front of my property without ever asking permission. When I reached out to their office regarding what happened to my wall, I had to follow-up twice before they responded with one sentence stating that the county required the wall to come down for inspection. Well, I spoke to both county inspectors on my permit and they confirmed that my wall was not required to come down since it was more than 5 feet away from the shoulder of the drainage field as required by code. In fact, my wall was actually 10 feet away from the drainage field according the diagram of my property included in my permit. I believe they removed my wall for convenience in order to complete the job as quickly as possible. They easily could have accessed my front yard from the driveway or side yard without removing my wall. They have stopped responding to my emails and have yet to call me to discuss a resolution. It seems that a lack of professionalism and communication was the trade off for what seemed to be a fair price.
