Chad was great to work with and concerned with making sure he got the job done right. Walked the job with me to make sure I was happy and had no complaints when I asked him to go back and do one area again. Chad is my new go to for all my pressure washing. Loved the soft wash too - super quiet, but got the job done.

Brilliantly! Chad contacted me within minutes and set up an appointment for an estimate. He arrived exactly as promised for the estimate. During the estimate he asked questions about what we wanted to have done - and offered suggestions and taught us about his procedure for cleaning and treating. He measured the entire house and gave us a great price! We set up a date and time, and he followed through completely. He and his assistant, Raphael were on time and ready to go! Honestly we were in the house most of the time, so it appeared as if MAGIC had occurred when we walked outside and looked over Chad & Rapheal's handy work. The roof was the most amazing - it isn't a new roof, and it had several patch jobs - Chad didn't promise perfection, but he surely came close! The walls of the house looked as if they'd just been given a fresh paint job! And the gutters truely looked brand new. Chad and Raphael were delightful to have. Thoughtful, kind and honest. Their work impeccable. I really appreciate all they accomplished - our home looks great! Thank you!!!!!! We would have you back anytime!

Chad arrived on time at 9:00 am. He clean our roof, driveway, sidewalk and the exterior of our house. Did an outstanding job. He was very careful with our plants and trees. He didn't go on our tile roof. He sprayed from ladders. That was very important for us. They stayed until 3:00pm. A little pricey, but well worth it.

I have a 1920s house with a steep metal roof and a gable, so probably not the easiest roof to get at. It had a fair amount of build up from dampness and the accompanying fungii (part of living here in Florida paradise). After treating it and brushing and rinsing and repeating, and whatever other magic, my roof and the antique metal awnings look bright and nearly new!! He did a great job at a reasonable price with good attitude, good manners, and professionalism. I have already told three other people to use this company. I am totally happy with this transaction.

Working with Chad Peel, the owner of Snappy Pro Wash, was a pleasure. He explained the process in detail and followed up accordingly. His pricing was competitive and the quality of work was excellent. When the work was completed, Chad, my Wife and I walked completely around the house inspecting the areas that had been cleaned. Everything looked great to my wife and I, but Chad pointed out several areas that he thought could be improved, and then proceeded to touch them up. I wouldn't hesitate to use Snappy Pro Wash in the future, or recommend them to others.

All went well...roof now looks new !

After seeing Snappy Pro Wash's work on a neighbor's home we hired them last week to clean our roof, house and soffits. The results are AMAZING! The roof looks new, the soffits are white again, and the trim around all the windows has been restored to its original pristine white color. We'd been told by others that there was no way to get rid of that ugly grey stuff on the white window trim and soffits. Same thing with the green "tint" on the north side screens of the pool deck. Snappy Pro knows how! Also, there were a couple of doors I was prepared to re-paint, but they came out looking fresh and new. The entire house is refreshed! Chad and his crew are hard workers . . . they arrived early and left late each day. They took special care to protect our shrubs and cleaned up after themselves. We also had Snappy clean, re-sand and coat our paver pool deck. It too looks like its brand new! That process will help deter the summer gunk that grows in-between the pavers and the weeds that we were constantly "round-upping". Snappy Pro Wash is very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious.

Chad (owner) provided detailed estimate, separately pricing the three major components (roof, exterior, pool deck w/enclosure). Also provided generous discount to combine all three components. Chad also provided a detailed description of the soft wash approach and the benefits and warranties associated with his services. On the date selected, Snappy Pro Wash arrived on time; work commenced; finished service late afternoon with excellent results. During walk-around with Chad it was evident that the dirt and mold growth on some areas of our home were just that, and NOT peeled or weathered , cracked paint. I was surprised that we are not faced with a need to paint anything, although my wife and I had presumed this would be a next step for our home. The roof, entire home exterior, pool deck and screened enclosure look as if new again. And, the superb warranty that comes with the roof is added value to the service. As told by other reviewers of Snappy Pro Wash, the soft wash approach did not penetrate our windows or doors since it is not a high pressure service. I will recommend Snappy Pro Wash to everyone who wishes to be treated like a customer deserves; great explanations about the service; no pressure sales tactics; performs what he says he'll do; and keeps you informed every step of the process. Chad and his colleague are truly what every customer hopes for in customer treatment, service performance, and warranty assurances. Now, if only I could get him to provide my cable tv services... Highly recommend anyone contemplating roof, home, pool, driveway and/or walkway cleaning to be sure to talk to Chad. Chad arrived all time in the morning and worked until almost 8 pm. Both he and his assistant were extremely polite and professional. Everything he represented he would do was done to our complete satisfaction. He replaced all the deck furniture he had to remove and made sure everything was neat before he left. The pavers with the re-sanding look brand new.

A simple call got things going, with an appointment the following day and an actual written estimate right after the appointment. I asked for his license & insurance and received it in my inbox that evening. I was scheduled the following week and I am very impressed with the professionalism and great communication that the owner, Chad Peal has given my project. Quality uniformed technicians came in marked vans and a large trailer with lots of equipment (not sure of what it was all used for). They started on time and went well beyond the scope of work. As a general contractor in southwest Florida for over 21 years, I have never heard of this special process called "soft washing". After Chad (the owner) explained it to me, I was impressed and thought, I would give it a try. Wow' what a difference it makes. Priced very competitively with normal pressure washing, it is much less intrusive than a 2500psi hose forcing water into every crack of your home. It is much better for the exterior of your home and looks and lasts longer. It's been 3 months since the homes were cleaned and they still look as great as the day they were first cleaned. The system is as amazing as the company. I would highly recommend Chad and his company!!!

Chad personally came out and took the time to look over my home and the needs prior to coming by to pressure wash. When he arrived, he was prepared and ready to begin. He took very careful attention to my plants around the house to insure there was no damage and discussed how the process worked. Our house is aluminum siding that has been painted. We had two sides that were very much covered with mildew. The house looks amazing. We have a two story home and he was able to clean all of it without having to put up a ladder against our home. As of July, 2014 we have not had any mildew return. Would highly recommend. Chad really cares about his customers and it shows.
