Snappy Pro Wash

Good. Cleaning solution took some paint off our gutters, but he came back painted them.

We worked with Chad he was great, he cleaned the gutters after a large tree was cut down and got all the stuff out. While cleaning out the down spouts one broke he went with me to lowes to get everything needed to replace the downspouts and installed it way above and beyond his job. I also had him clean the liani screens and floor looks great. I would use Chad again and tell all my friends.

Chad couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained his "soft-wash" process in detail on our first meeting. He told us how this process used chemicals to remove dirt and grime and would not dull or remove paint from walls the way some pressure nozzles can. He showed up promptly on the appointed day, and when he was done the house and roof looked like new. Thanks to Chad we don't have to re-paint!!

Chad came over to house and gave me a verbal and written cost of the job. We worked together thru emails and phone calls to establish a day and time that was convenient for us both. Chad came over on the scheduled day and time and spent 4 hours softwashing the metal roof and gutter. I was very pleased with the results and amazed at how clean and shiny the roof and gutters were. I had another company do the roof the last time and they had to come out two more times for me to be happy. Definitely would recommend Snappy Pro Wash to my friends or family as well as anyone else.

The main reason for the visit was to clear the gutter adjacent the lanai cage. It required getting up on the roof and removing the debris by hand and blowing out the finer debris. He brushed the screens with a soft brush to remove the remaining cypress needles still caught in the screening. The other gutters which were not nearly as bad as the lanai gutter were also cleaned out. The down spouts were also checked to ensure they were clear. Upon request, he also sprayed some water proofing on a specific spot in the gutter. Chad was knowledgeable and professional. We would hire him again.

Chad inspected and cleaned the gutters, making sure I knew about any issues that might need future attention. He was pleasant, diligent, and did a very thorough job -- including the downspouts, etc. When a job from earlier in the day ran longer than expected, he immediately called me to let me know he would be a little later than projected, which was greatly appreciated. After he was done, he left no traces of debris anywhere--there was no cleanup for me to do. I was so pleased with his work ethic and finished product that I will definitely call Snappy Pro Wash for all future jobs that involve roof, gutter, lanai and driveway cleaning, etc.

Chad did a beautiful job on the roof and house. This is the first time I have used the "soft wash" concept. It looks nice now and time will tell if the extra cost pays off. The bonus is that they spent very little time on the roof and hopefully no broken tiles to fix. He was very professional and polite.

Fantastic. After providing very balanced advice about options regarding treatment of my roof issues I decided to go forward with the roof cleaning. They invested a day into the cleaning of the roof and cleaned the gutters at the same time. They also cleaned up perfectly after their work. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and I can't recommend them enough!

This took an entire day. Chad and his fellow workers are extremely compulsive and the results are impeccable. The house looks great! The roof looks brand new. The entrance way is immaculate---walls and areas around the windows are totally free of insects etc. Very pleased. Will definitely have Chad and his team back again!

We thought we needed a new roof, but all we needed was Chad. He did his magic on the gutters and shingles and it looks like we had a new roof put on. This is our third project with Chad and cannot say enough good things about his work and reasonable pricing. We did the gutters, cleaned the driveway and pool deck and now our roof. Work was carried out on a rental property so i had to organize everything remotely and via email/phone, which requires a lot of trust that the work is actually done properly. Chad kept me up to date, got the work scheduled as soon as possible and notified me when it was complete. I saw the outcome last weekend and am very happy with the quality of the work done, the communication process and the price. Would highly recommend. It is nice to be able to trust someone working on a property without requiring to be there watching all the time and not worry about over-paying. (My property manager quoted 3x more for this work than i ultimately paid). Very satisfied.

We are so impressed with these young men, Chad, the owner, and his employee, Justin. They were so thorough and careful. Having had power washing before, we were somewhat unsure of of the soft clean method, but we are delighted with the results. They are expensive, but with the guarantees offered by the company and the quality of the work, they are worth it. Courteous and extremely competent. A winning combination.

Chad and his coworker Jason, did an excellent job!! They were very professional yet also very friendly. They worked on the house "like it was their own", making sure that everything was done to perfection! The weather was not always "cooperative" in "rainy season", but Chad kept me informed as to when he could return to finish the job when it was not raining. Everything came out looking beautiful..like it was brand new! After a few days, one of the shrubs "died", and a couple others looked "stressed", Chad came back out to inspect them and even offered to replace the dead shrub. . Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend "Snappy Pro" and Chad. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This was the second time I have used Chad Peal (Snappy Pro Wash) in the past year. Earlier he chemically cleaned the tile roof and pool surround. The results were outstanding. This time, we had some weather delays and Chad was consistently proactive in his communications and kept me informed on the situation and when would be best to do the work. He came when expected, went through the total job in detail to assure there was no misunderstanding regarding the work and expected results. He is the consumate professional, (and his co-worker mirrowed Chad's behavior,) uses top quality products and is very conscientious in assuring the job is done right the first time. His prices are competitive and reflect the quality of materials and work ethic involved in providing a superior service. He maintains the agreed upon price without added pressure or attempts to add on incremental services. It all took longer than we expected, but that is because Chad does the most meticulous work of anybody we've seen in awhile. He worked very hard to get everything right. He did a little more than we expected, like cleaning spiderwebs under the porch and pointing out to us where a line of ants was marching up the house so we could spray. We really felt like he cared about the quality of his work and that we were pleased. Super nice guy which makes it all so pleasant.

My gutters have not been cleaned in several years and were due for a cleaning. There was a special from Angie's List for gutter cleaning from Snappy Pro Wash for $129 so I thought that it was a good time to have it done. Chad Peal from Snappy Pro Wash agreed to do the job on Friday May 29th at 12:30 PM. He called at 12:30 and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. When he arrived he started right away and did a good job of cleaning the gutters. It took him about an hour and a half. He flushed all of the gutters to make sure that the downspouts were all working. He was very pleasant and I would use his services again.

Chad and his guy did a great job. I like the fact they can do your roof with out climbing on the roof. Also like the fact that his chemicals are green and eco friendly. They worked all day on the house. I had the work done at the end of February, I waited until now the write the review so I could see how the work held up. The house and roof look great ! He might be a few dollars more, but worth every penny, you get what you pay for.

Chad cleared the gutters of pine needle accumulation. He collected 6 bags and moved them to the front yard for pickup. The process involved using a blower to get the needles out of the gutters. This led to considerable dispersion of small particles. The largest gutter run surrounded the pool cage and the lanai. Unexpectedly, the pool got quite dirty. Also, the lanai deck required extra cleaning. I was pleased with what he got done but I had unexpected extra cleanup to do. I don't know whether the accumulated dirt in the bottom of the gutter was cleared or not. I think we might have approached the problem differently had we both thought this through beforehand.

WOW!! Arrived on time, provided a fair prompt quote, got right to work and did a fantastic job! Cleaned all the gutters (even the hard-to-reach one between the house roof and pool cage), then washed all the gutters and outer surfaces. But what came next was a pleasant surprise...he spent almost an HOUR washing the screened pool cage. We initially thought it was just too dirty to bother with, but he felt confident he could get it clean - and now it looks brand new!! We were amazed at how much time and effort he spent getting everything clean. Our neighbors have already approached him for services on their homes, that's how impressed everyone was with the results. Definitely exceeded our expectations. I can tell why this company has so many positive reviews here. Won't ever use anyone else!!!

The owner, Chad, was very responsive beginning with my first phone call to inquire about the service. He came to the house to view the condition and size of the roof and to explain the cleaning process to me. I received a written estimate within 24 hours. My roof is flat tiles and I was concerned about breakage if it were power washed. Chad explained that he sprays the tiles with a chemical and then uses less than 50 psi to complete the cleaning and to rinse. The cleaning came with a 5 year spot free limited warranty. If spots return during first year, a touch up is free. Years 2-5 are 50% off. He also has a plant guarantee that will replace any plants damaged during the process. This warranty was better than other companies we had looked at. We ended up having an area of annual flowers that died from run off of the chemical and one shrub that was damaged. Chad came out to take a look and advised me to have our landscaper replace them and he will reimburse me for the cost. The roof looks very clean and we are very satisfied with the entire process.
