+ -1 moreService was quick and the tech cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and friendly. Will recommend to anyone who needs this type of service. Especially if you have very tall ceilings or detectors in hard to reach places.
Description of Work: Just moved into a new house with older detectors in place. Over the past couple of weeks they've gone on and off with no reason. I have high ceilings and I'm unable to climb ladders. Called them and got very quick phone call back. Luckily they were close by on another job and were able to come by my place within 15mins of talking to them. Went through the house and discussed replacing two detectors that were very old and adding a new one to the main bedroom and updated the batters in the others. All done within an hour.

Dave took time to talk to us about the difference between a 'smoke alarm' and a 'smoke detector', as well as the different types of batteries and the 'true' life expectancy once off the shelf. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! Personable, very reason pricing, great service program.
Description of Work: Replacement of 7 smoke detectors. The price included 7 smoke detectors, Duracell Pro batteries AND an annual service agreement.

+ -1 moreThe guys were awesome! They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were prompt and worked efficiently; in no time at all of my smoke detectors were serviced and two were replaced as they were out of date - over 10 years old! I had no idea that smoke detectors needed to be replaced every 10 years, but Smoke Detector Medic explained this and shared other pertinent smoke detector facts during their visit. I guess it makes sense really as they are professional firefighters by trade. I was very impressed with their proficiency; they were genuine and enthusiastic to educate without taking up too much of my time. I feel safe again in my home, knowing that my smoke detectors have been serviced by Smoke Detector Medic. I highly recommend this company to all - get your smoke detectors serviced sooner rather than later.
Description of Work: I needed Smoke Detector Medic to check/service my smoke detectors that were chirping. I was worried that the others would fail soon too.
