They went out of their way to bring me samples and submitted multiple designs as I changed my plan. Their pricing is competitive and their personal customer service is above any other. They also gutted my kitchen and was finished with everything in less than 8 weeks!! There were so good they I referred them to my brother and he is now doing is kitchen and both bathrooms!

+ 2 moreAll in all it went fine. The end result is simply beautiful. There were some glitches here and there, as might be on any large, complex project. But if a problem did come up, Rose and Richard were quick to respond. They clearly put the customer first. They were there throughout the project overseeing everything and problem solving when needed. They clearly regard customer satisfaction as their highest measure of success. I put a "B" for punctuality only because the project took much longer than anyone expected (some of that was our doing), but some was the result of the challenges associated with coordinating the various disciplines involved (plumbing, electrical, stonework, tile, etc.). But again, Rose and Richard work hard to resolve any issues and make us satisfied. Which we were.
Description of Work: We had three major projects as we took possession of a new house. They created an impressive master bathroom, which required significant structural work tripling the space of the previous master bath. They completely renovated a old guest bathroom, modernizing everything and utilizing first-class fixtures and materials. And they made significant changes to our master bedroom, installing custom, built-in closet fixtures throughout the space.

We are dealers for many brands including top quality full custom cabinets, all-American semi custom brands, and inexpensive but solidly built imported stock cabinets for those on a tighter budget. We also have excellent prices on marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, wood and other countertop surfaces. Give us a try, you'll be glad you did!
We don't do installation of cabinets or countertops purchased independently by the homeowner. We also don't do tiles or flooring unless they are part of a larger remodeling project. Our specialty is full kitchen and/or bathroom makeovers, offering prices you'd expect from the "big box" stores, as well as the personal touch that comes from hiring your own kitchen designer.
