My grandson with a little computer generator on his laptop would have done better. I was really disappointed. It was pretty horrible. Not only that, but the landscape was already shaped and they suggested that I take that all apart and redo it another way. It was already built. I'm not taking apart the wall. I was really disappointed. I would recommend them to take a course in graphic design. It wasn't right. It didn't help me at all. They were pretty quick. They responded to the ad probably a day or 2 later. It was within a week that they came out and forwarded the pictures with all these on it. It would have been a great price had they done what they were supposed to do, but it wasn't professional at all. When I actually called up and told them I wasn't happy with the pictures, they asked me what I wasn't happy about and I said everything. It wasn't good.

They came and did the preliminary thing that I paid for, but I never heard from them again. It was just like a $50 evaluation. So, we talked about the cost of like the things that I want done and it was pricey. They did not really get back to me. They told me that they were going to send me like a summary of what we talked about so we could move forward if I was interested and they never did that. The people that came were nice and knowledgeable, but they did not have follow-through. I would not be against considering using them in the future, but I would probably look out for it.

This company doesn't seem to want our business. As a matter of fact, emails were ignored from time to time, requiring me to send 2 to their 1. First contact was made on October 11th, the plans were emailed on November 17th, my request for a meeting was made on December 13th, and since the meeting was asked for tomorrow, December 29th and they never answered my email, I guess we're done with our landscaping plans with Rooted Landscape. Too bad - they ignored some good customers.

They have been dependable, responsive to my requests and efficient. I would have no problem giving them a high recommendation.

They are nice people. They are reliable, and they do a good job.

We have been using TNT for years. They are very good. They treat our yard like their yard. They trim bushes, spray weeds or mow and it is all the same price. Their price is more than fair. They are very good at their responsiveness and arrive like clockwork every week.
