+ -1 moreI took the computer in at 1:30 pm. PRR firstly provided me with a free diagnostics and estimate. The work was completed by 5:30 pm and the cost was as per estimate. Really excellent and professional service. Best Buy were going to charge me $70 for the diagnosis plus whatever the repair cost would be. Also, it would have taken 2 to 3 weeks!!

They took it in on a Saturday, which was very helpful, and they had it done on Monday. we took it it home and everything was back to normal on the computer. They did it for the price quoted and called us promptly when it was done. we would certainly use them again if we have any other issues.

+ -1 moreOverall it turned out not to be so good. The computer never did get fixed right. They did do their best efforts but the problem was not solved. I had to take it back two or three times and it was never properly fixed.
Description of Work: This was for replacement of a keyboard and after that is when the trouble started.
