+ -1 morePool Solutions is a great company to deal with. I worked with Beka, Lora, and Bill in the office, and they were all very professional and responsive. Jason was the technician who performed the repair work and he was fantastic. Jason is probably the best technician that I have used for any project on my Florida home. He was knowledgeable, timely, efficient, neat, and courteous. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: I have had an issue with rebar rust on my pool floor. The original pool contractor did not install enough concrete cover over the rebar, and this was the third time Pool Solutions helped me out..

+ -1 moreContacted Pool Solutions and they set up an appointment to have my pool light leak looked at. Jason was here on time per the appointment scheduled and proceeded to assess the situation. Upon completion he advised that the leak was no longer present as the repair done by another company was well done and should last several years. I was thrilled to hear that as that would be saving me thousands of dollars.

Brian was easy to talk with, explained what he was going to do, and MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! He is a very hard-working young man committed to doing his very best, and it was truly appreciated!! Hurricane Ian left nasty stuff everywhere, but Brian saved the day for me! Draining, cleaning, removing debris, to refilling the pool. He did a fabulous job, I would recommend his company and KIS service to anyone that asks!! Give the company and Brian a chance to make your pool beautiful again!!!!!

They detected where the leak was and explained and showed me where it was. The workers were all professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Pool Solutions.

+ -1 moreI called and on same day they sent a leak technician to look and see what the issue might be. He had an idea and said he would return next day to perform a leak test as well as clean out fountain water. Bill called later that afternoon to give me a recap and that they are going to brainstorm on how to fix leak. Technician arrived as scheduled next day and located leak, cleaned out fountain and placed a temporary fix on leak area until repair tech can arrive for the fountain cleaning and proper repair. Later that afternoon, Bill called and advised me of the estimate for the cleaning and repair. It was very reasonable. 5 days later, a very friendly repair technician arrived on time and cleaned the main fountain and repaired the wall fountain. Later after the repair technician had already left, I noticed the motor of the entry way fountain making a high pitched noise. I placed a call to the main office and the same repair technician (working on another home in the area), stopped by again to assist, but noise was no longer being made by the motor. Repair technician was pleased that the noise stopped, did some checking to confirm. Although I felt bad that I called him back and the pump appeared to be in working order I was very pleased with his response time and helpfulness. Next day, I received a call from Bill asking if everything is functioning well and if I was satisfied with all the work performed. Everyone I spoke to and that I had the opportunity to meet was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. What a great team of people.

+ -1 morePool Solutions did a great job repairing our pool. The pool was losing at least an inch of water per day due to leaks so we needed to get it repaired quickly. They were able to get us on the schedule within a few days and the technician arrived at the scheduled time. He went in the pool with a scuba tank so there was no need to drain any water from the pool. He found the primary source of our leak and a couple of other weak seals, and sealed them all with waterproof sealant. He was very careful and methodical, taking time to carefully evaluate every fitting in the pool and spa. All leaks were sealed and now the water level is holding steady. We would definitely use Pool Solutions again if the need arises, and will be recommending them to others. Thanks Pool Solutions!

He fixed the problem and at much less cost than I had expected. He and his staff were very professional, pleasant to work with, and customer-oriented. I will use Pool Solutions in the future for any pool issues and highly recommend homeowners/business-owners call these folks first!

Description of Work: Thought that we needed to have area between pool tile and coping re-grouted. Had a great deal of difficulty locating a company that would provide an estimate, until I found Pool Solutions on Angie's List. From the time of my first contact with Pool Solutions, until I received the estimate, they were very professional. The person who provided the estimate took the time to explain to me the reason the coping had to totally be replaced versus just re-grouting (coping is hollow in a number of spots, and should be replaced versus re-grouting which would be a temporary "fix" that will need to be done again). I received the estimate when promised, and he also scheduled an appointment to come over to explain the estimate, which was a nice touch since my experience has been to just get the estimate. Unfortunately, just prior to the scheduled appointment, some unexpected expenses popped up which had a higher priority than the coping, so we had to postpone the entire project. I will definitely contact them again when we are ready to do this project. I tend to judge a company's quality by their ability to keep commitments, including responding to initial request for an estimatein a timely manner (I can't tell you how many times I have left messages requesting and estimate, and don't get a return call), showing up on time for all appointments, getting back to me when they say they will, Pool Solutions did all of this and provided me with a very detailed estimate of what the project required. The price was comparable to others I received from other similar companies for this project.

Description of Work: They removed and replaced my old pool surface, fill line tile, and coping. Then they refilled the pool and came back several times to make sure the chemical balance was as required for the new pool surface.

Description of Work: I called and they gave me an estimate over the phone. We made appointment and Jason was on time. He was professional. He checked all the pool for leaks and found the pipe to light was broke. He made repair the same day and now thw pool stays full. I would recomend him and would use him again if needed.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our pool. They repaired that which involves going into the cement and taking part of the surface off. They found a pipe problem and corrected that. Later we had some unrelated problems. They checked every flow valve as well as the surface of our pool for cracks and leaks. They found a problem related to our pool light. They fixed it, but because of the way it was manufactured they can't guarantee that it will last.
