I expected more detailed information about mold removal to be in the actual report. This information would be provided at additional cost.

Very professional. Answered all my questions. Will know more when lab results of air quality testing come back. Showed concern and understanding. Sorry I didn't have him check crawlspace, in retrospect, but I feel like he pinpointed problem. Would definitely recommend for mold inspection.

I didn't feel that anything was actually revealed, and we were upsold by about %300 over the original quote. Disappointing.

Gave a thorough report and was very hands on. They will give you every blemish, so just concentrate on the important and 'Big' stuff. But, that is what you are paying for.
