They worked quickly and skillfully, and we're at all times professional, courteous and considerate. They listened to my concerns and requests, and responded thoughtfully. When unexpected issues needed addressing, Adrian was creative and cost conscious. All of the jobs were completed in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction.

Once an agreed upon date was established, Mr. Adrian Baca and his workers were fast, efficient, and very professional. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work that was required.

A few shining stars in my book ... 1st is that Adrian and his team showed up as promised on time (a rare quality in Miami). 2nd was that Adrian and the 2 men on his team were all extremely friendly, personable and proper... I really liked them all. 3rd was that the work was done on time and just as i had wanted.

The service was great. Professionally Installed the hood and painted the ceiling for a flawless look.

Mr Baca called us several time to get an update about the patio work, and we assured him that the job for laying the tiles will be given to him, now that the work in the patio with final inspection has been completed I contacted him to come by to start the work, after the initial talk, he was supposed to come out on the weekend or Monday to start the work but he did not even call us or explained to us that he might be busy. So we called several other tile laying contractors through Angie's list, we chose someone other than Mr Baca, because he would grind out the paint for the concrete floor, and then lay the tile as per industry standards, Mr Baca would just polish the floor and that caused us to think that he would not do the grinding.

They worked all day for two days. The work was done well and in a timely manner.

I have to say Adrian is a very very patient man and I was probably not the easiest customer to work with because I kept changing my mind on what I wanted done and when I wanted it done. I contacted Adrian and he came out the very next day to give me a quote for the repairs I needed for my townhouse. He came very well prepared with a portfolio of work to show me and took the time to thoroughly inspect the areas in which I needed work done. We set up a date for the work and of course it rained, so we planned to reschedule. Unfortunately during the time I was setting up the repair work to my house, I didn't have a job and had to rethink my priorities, so we ended up canceling and Adrian didn't come to do the work. He was very polite and professional and told me to contact him anytime to come out and do the work. About a month later I was able to find some part time work and I contacted Adrian again. Adrian responded very quickly and took the time to give me another quote based on the work I wanted done. He was very flexible with my schedule and literally had his team at my house within two days to do the work I needed done. His team showed up at the house and they were extremely professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were so polite, they even asked if I minded if they listen to the radio while they worked. Of course not! Although Adrian did not do the work himself, he made sure to stop by and check on the progress to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was being done. After they finished my shower, balcony, and garage looked like new! The best part was that you couldn't even tell that they had been there working in the house. Everything was cleaned and not a trace of material remained or a mark on the carpet! They even took the time to fix the laundry door which wasn't closing correctly, just because they noticed it didn't sit right. Before they left, they also walked me through exactly what they had done and give me some tips and tricks to maintain my tile grout looking spectacular. I was so satisfied with the work that they did, that I am in the process of getting a quote for them to do some additional work on the house. If you want the work done right, these are definitely the right people for you!

Everything went well. Adrian came to meet me and do the estimate and he was prepared with an entire portfolio of his work including recommendations from other customers. Very professional. Communication with him and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the work Adrian and his assistant were very concerned about making sure they didn't leave a mess in my home. They both were friendly and easy going and stopped to answer questions when I had them. The work went smoothly and was done pretty much in the expected time frame. I am very happy with the results and am hiring them again to replace a broken garbage disposal.

I chose Home Surgeons, Adrian Baca, due to his ratings on Angie's List. I contacted Adrian Baca of Home Surgeons and made a date for a look at the scope of work, and to give me an estimate. The process was complicated because I had to divide the work required into two separate categories. Cat 1 was work that would be performed after I had settled with my home insurance company for damages due to water pipe rupture. Cat 2 was work that was needed to the exterior of the house that I would be paying for out of pocket, outside the scope of the insurance claim. Adrian showed up for his appointment right on time. He was very personable and made a great first impression. This review is provided for Category 2 only. Cat 2 - I required some fascia boards to be replaced and some of the soffits. They had been damaged by dry rot and that appeared to be spreading. Adrian did a complete walk around, taking measurements and commenting to me as to why this or that particular thing should be done. It was an open process and Adrian invited my comments and participation. After Adrian left, my wife and I decided that we would have the work done by him as he appeared very forthright and experienced. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Two days after Adrian's visit, we received his bid for the work. We were quite satisfied with the labor costs, and the understanding that we would pay for all the materials. We contacted Adrian, told him of our decision, and set a date for labor to start. As luck would have it, Mother Nature isn't a great respecter of agreements that have weather as one of their prime considerations. We kept in contact with Adrian daily, and finally set a date when it was "probably" not going to rain. Everything worked out fine, and Mother Nature cooperated by having it only rain after sundown. Much appreciated, Mother. Adrian kept me apprised of his progress. He had one person helping him, a very able and hard working man by the name of Edgar. You have to work pretty hard to stay up with Adrian, and Edgar proved up to the task. Each morning, the guys showed up for work with the materials needed for that days tasks. Adrian presented me with the actual receipts and I paid him as needed. The work took a total of three days, and when it was complete, everything was done, cleaned up, and matched the previously existing fascia and soffits on the house to the point that you really have to look close to see the difference between the old and the new. We are very pleased with the job, and with selecting Home Surgeons to do the work. We felt that we had not only picked the right people for the job, but we made two new friends in the process. Very pleased with the entire process. Thanks, Adrian and Edgar. You made it all as pleasant an experience as it could have been.

The work went very smoothly. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. It was in the details of Adrian's service that made all the difference. He cleaned up all the dust from the drilling and left the house as clean as I would have if I had done the work myself. The best part about his service, however, was his initial consultation. Before starting the work, he wanted to sit down and talk, show me his portfolio, get to know his customer, and cultivate an on-going work relationship. Based on my experience with other awful handyman services, I found this so incredibly refreshing that it has made him my go-to guy. Reliable, responsive, intelligent and professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He did fine. He showed up and did his work and did it properly but there are a couple of things he had to come back and do but that's all not his fault because I haven't really called him and do. There are a couple of things he should have done and he didn't that we agreed upon. Maybe he forgot about it but what he did was fine.

He did the work very efficiently, quickly and very well. I liked him a lot.
