Eric did a great job of designing our new flower beds and helped add some ideas we did not think of. Once we received approval for our project Eric set our appointment up and came right as scheduled. The work took exactly the amount of time he predicted and came out fantastic. Eric was great about showing up regularly to check on the progress of the work and his team was dedicated to the task and professional. We really enjoyed working with them. The project itself involved removing almost every existing plant, relocating two large geraniums and one triple pygmy palm, removing a medium sized live oak and replacing it with a triple Christmas Palm, adding new soil, installing a decorative rock and installing a water fountain. Finally, we had mulch and decorative stone added to the flower beds. It was not a particularly large project, so it only took about 1. 5 days to complete. Eric did a great job of explaining what we needed to do to keep the plants alive, and we followed his instructions perfectly and still have all our plants looking healthy and great after about one month. The rainfall we have had likely has helped as well. I still feel the price was a bit high, but landscape pricing in Florida just appears to be more than I expect in general. We came from California where everything is expensive, but landscape work was not one of those things. So, to be fair, the price could be dead on or great, I might just be biased. That being said, Greenway provided a much better price than anyone else in the area, and we loved the final product. I would recommend them if you are looking for quality workmanship and a great designer like Eric.

They did a nice job. I saved a lot of money with them. I would use them again.

Instead, they destroyed my yard and bedroom. They installed 2 plastic boxes instead of the proposed true French drains. There were also no drainage pipes attached to it what so ever. They filled the 2 drainage boxes with white shells (not proposed) 57 stone was supposed to be laid out in the soil along the house. In the proposal; neither existing drain was supposed to be clogged with any material. They had approximately 16 feet of fabric laid out instead of the proposed 100 feet. There was nothing attached to the existing drain pipes for drainage. They also clogged my existing back yard drains with these shells, causing standing water that never existed. They never re-graded any area nor did they remove soil. They only made matters worse. The person in charge, Derek Jenks, who worked for Mobile Lawn Care at the time, also came in to my home and cut out a portion of the drywall and insulation, because he believed he was helping me and told me the contractor did not do the right thing as promised to check for mold. I have photos to prove everything. After numerous attempts to contact Jim Ridlinger, the owner of Mobile Lawn Care/Greenway Landscape Supply, my phone calls went unanswered. I finally got in contact with Jim Ridinger, when he answered the phone himself at Greenway Landscape Supply on 12/04/2013. He told me he would stop by, which he did. He shook my hand and promised to remedy the situation. One year later, it is still not done, I cannot get him to respond or contact me to fix the problem his company caused.

I used this company to help me choose the type of trees and shrubs I needed and my landscaper purchased the items from them.

It is beautiful. It was a good price. They contracted a tree service but I don’t care who did it, but they were the responsible party. They did exactly what I wanted. I designed how my path was going to go. He did exactly how I wanted and enhanced it even better. The day they opened is when I walked in and I have never been happier.

Their pricing is really good. Their service is excellent. Whoever they plant they guarantee their tree for a year. We bought a palm tree from them and it died, they replaced it for free. Their service is good and everybody there is great when you go in. They are very helpful. Their product is guaranteed and they are very knowledgeable. We will use them in the future.
