Description of Work: I called them to get appointment for in-home service. They sais domeone would call me back to give me appointment & no one called after 3 days. I called again, and no one called. I wound up calling Payless Vericals & Blinds & they gave me appt right away & got blinds done in a week!

 + -1 moreInstallers hung the blinds. But, they did not install the Hold Down Brackets per the contract. They forgot them or there were none available that day. I have talked to Tony Higgs three times on the phone and once in person. I also talked to a female at the store on the phone. They promised to come back and install the brackets we paid for. They promised. They promised. They promised. ONE YEAR LATER, they still haven't completed the job. Next stop: Small Claims Court
Description of Work: This order was written by Tony Higgs -- whichever Estero Budget Blinds he works at (or is it East Naples). Ordered $2000 worth of blinds for the front outside porch In Aug 2015.

Description of Work: We had Budget Blinds install window treatments on all windows for our new home in Ft Myers. We were happy with the vertical blinds installed on the 3 panel sliding door and the horizontal blinds installed on most other windows. However, we opted for light proof fabric curtains for our master bedroom windows (2). The problem lies not with the material, but the installation of the curtain track and it's operation. The initial installation was faulty and shoddy. Subsequent attempts to provide a satisfactory, smooth operating curtain pull have been unsuccessful. I cannot recommend Budget Blinds at this time.

Description of Work: Manufactured and installed blinds for entire house. This was an extremely rewarding and totally painless experience. Tony, the owner, was a pleasure to deal and work with. He measured every window and door personally and gave excellent suggestions for the style, material and color for each room. He delivered exactly what he said he would and exactly when he said he would. Their prices seemed very reasonable. The installer arrived exactly on time and treated our home as it were his. He was unbelievable. He worked quickly and quietly (didn't even know he was there.) Everything was measured and installed perfectly. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone. A truly professional company, owner and installer.

He came out, took measurements, ordered them, and about two and a half weeks later, came back with them and installed them. They look great--I couldn't be happier with them. These are wonderful people to deal with.

 + -1 moreWe had called other stores for blinds, but no one would come out to see the house and give us a bid after hours or on weekends. But Budget Blinds came out on a Saturday. They sent out stylist Sandy Gomez, who was completely awesome. She took a lot of time with us, explaining the different options. She talked to us and gave us some ideas of what we wanted to get for our home. She was really on top of things throughout the entire process.We're going to have her back to do the window treatments, the drapery and everything. Their installation guy was excellent too. Their price was excellent too.
