 + -1 moreSince purchasing our home in 2011, we hired Bea Safe on the recommendation of our realtor. Bea Safe has changed owners but to us there has been no change in the professional service the company provides. Highly recommend Bea Safe as the company to watch over your property when you are not in residence
Description of Work: Bea Safe provides a house/condo checking service for owners that are not full-time residents of southwest Florida. Bea Safe gave good instructions to us on how to leave our property, then Bea Safe checks our house every two weeks when we are not there. Bea Safe sends a checklist with the status of our house via email to us every two weeks. If there is a problem, Bea Safe will coordinate any repairs needed. They report whether our landscape and pool are being properly cared for by the companies we employ. Bea Safe is our eyes and ears in Florida when we are not there.
