We have a very unusual toilet in the pool bath. It is a dual flush. And you don't see too many of them here. The water kept running and I had called the company that manufactured the toilet and they sent me a valve that they thought was the problem. Ken from A Plumbing Pro came out and fixed it and it works great. He was very willing to tackle this unusual job. He worked until he got it right.

Tim is on time, professional, friendly, very good at clean up and works quickly! He answers a phone call very quickly and arrives as soon as he can. I would highly recommend him and have passed out his business cards to all my friends. Several of them have called and are equally pleased!

They are busy, likely because of their service and price, and I had to wait a week to install new water tank if I wanted them to do it. It was pretty good. He didn't get everything done that we would hope but I don't know if that was his fault or not. I think for the time he spent, it was a good price. One of the things he fixed may be leaking, my wife told me but I don't know yet. He just didn't have some of the parts that I thought a plumber should have or maybe didn't have access to. He couldn't replace some of the parts.

I totally destroyed the washing machine outlet box trying to remove a seriously stuck hose. I called yesterday afternoon, described the problem, and made an appointment for today to replace the box. I was 5 minutes late getting home and Ken called me to see how long I was going to be and to tell me that he was waiting in front of my house. He was actually early. The wallboard had to be cut to remove the old box and Ken discovered that the builder had done some "non-standard" stuff inside the wall during the original installation. Ken had to reroute pipes, cap off the old pipes, and add new pipes to get the box connected properly. What should have taken less than an hour actually took over two. When I asked him how much I owed him, Ken refused to take any more than the original estimate, even though he spent an extra hour at my house through no fault of his own! What more can I say about reliability and professionalism? After all was done Ken rep[laced the wallboard that he had cut and did a great clean-up job. From now on, this is my number one "go-to" plumbing service.

This was a time & material job which he completed swiftly at an inexpensive price. I would highly recommend Tim and his company.

Almost the entire process went as smoothly as possible. The servicemen, Ken, called almost an hour ahead of scheduled appointment to let me know that his first appointment was taking longer than expected due the homeowner's inaccurate description of job issues. Ken informed me that he would be running about an hour behind schedule and offered me the option to reschedule. Fortunately, time was not an issue for me and told him that the new time was acceptable. Ken arrived a little before his new estimate and performed the change relatively quickly. He was pleasant and courteous throughout his service call. The job was performed successfully with no leaks visible after nearly a weak. I would have no hesitation about using their services in the future.

I always use Angies List to find service. I picked this company because out their 99% A rating. I left a message with the company and Ken called me to set up the appointment. He arrived and even wore booties over his shoes. He had to leave to get a part and assured us that this would be no extra cost. He was very pleasant and professional and we are quite happy with the work that was done at a very reasonable cost. We also asked him about a couple other jobs for which he gave us a quote. We were quite surprised at the low cost associated given the previous quotes we had been provided. I will definitely use this company again.

New home. I wasn't sure how to get going and called because he took such good care of my neighbor and he is on Angies list with hi marks. I now understand what I need to do.

Ken took my initial call, set up an appointment with my tenant to take a look at the leaky kitchen faucet, diagnosed the problem right away and called me with his recommendation. He then went out and purchased me a quality matching replacement faucet, and then set up another appointment with my tenant to get back into the condo to put the new faucet on. Ken is prompt, informative, highly skilled, neat, polite, professional and very reasonably priced. It's a HUGE relief for me to be so far away when I have a plumbing problem, and to know that it doesn't even matter, because Ken at A. Plumbing Pro is so trustworthy. Why would you call any other plumber?
