Tim did a great job. He was early, brought an additional plumber to help since it was a large job, and made certain everything ran appropriately. Even stayed later to readjust a trap. I'd definitely hire Tim again.

A Plumbing Pro has been my preferred plumber in Southwest Florida since 2009. Once again they came through when my kitchen faucet started severely leaking while I was out of town, and my housesitter reported they couldn't shut off the water with the supply valves under the sink. My reliable plumber responded after my long distance call within the hour, removing and replacing the leaking faucet, along with the failed supply stops, and an old kitchen disposal. I had the new AO Smith Heater delivered and need installation. I called A Plumbing Pro and got Tim immediately. We set up a schedule and he called back the next day to say he could do things sooner if that would work for me. Happens that the Heater was also being delivered earlier than expected so everything fell into place. Tim did a great job, was very personable and knew his "stuff". Completed the job in short order, cleaned up nicely and loaded my old unit on his truck. A very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend them. His truck was well stocked, could grab just about anything and this enabled him to complete the job in one shot.

Great outcome - we called that morning when we became aware of the problem and they had a plumber (Ken) out to us by late morning. He was polite, punctual, communicated with me while on his way over, neat, and best of all was able to fix our faucet. Have already referred this company to a neighbor, and we would surely call them again.

Services were provided immediately and prompt. Toilet was leaking and they diagnose the problem and rebuilt the toilet with all new parts. Very professional and prompt as I had renters in my unit at the time. Very pleased with the service and the cost was very reasonable

I phoned Tim in the morning and he arrived early afternoon. He had all requisite equipment and supplies, and the work was performed within the allotted time. Tim did an excellent job in a timely manner. He was on time and very professional. Of course every job seems to have a snag and we found the hole in the granite was drilled on a angle and the new faucet would not go in. Luckily Tim had a hole saw just big enough to drill the hole in the granite straight. After that it was a piece of cake. Entire installation was less than an hour. I have already referred A Plumbing Pro to customers of ours. This is a great company with great service.

I sent an email with my problem and within about an hour, Ken called me to discuss. He told me he would stop by in a couple of hours, then arrived 15 minutes earlier than his earliest time. He came to the door with the tools he needed, and about 20 minutes later, the toilet was fixed. He likely could have been out of here sooner, but he did take time to ensure the toilet worked well. I WILL be calling these guys again for my next issue!

Ken from A Plumbling Pro came to the rescue. He didn't have time to work on my problems, but he came to my house to evaluate the situation. He told me how I could remedy my problem. He didn't charge me anything for the service call and he gave me a bottle of pipe joint sealer, also free of charge. I now have a new plumber to handle any plumbing problems that may arise.

Tim arrived on time. He was very professional and conscientious. After opening the cold water valve he waited five minutes or so to be sure there were no leaks in his new pipes. He explained what he was doing and why. A Plumbing Pro, will be my plumbing contractor in the future.
