I had a wonderful experience with Wellen Moving Services! They called me about an hour before they arrived to make sure everything was still okay for the move?. They were very quick, very friendly, and finished before either of us expected them to! The move was less expensive than I was expecting, even after I tipped the movers. They communicated well and treated my belongings like their own. Next time I need a move, I will be sure to reach out again????! ????????Thank you all very much for getting me moved, and even accommodating my last minute schedule change! ???????????????You made my move so much less stressful

I hired Wellen Moving Services for a move that went well. During the move the owner, Gabe asked me if I wanted to wall mount both TVs which I agree to. He had trouble mounting both of them but was able to eventually get them both installed. Little did I know that he installed them incorrectly. There was bolts that were not secured in either wall. Gabe missed a stud in the bedroom wall and after 2 months the TV partially came off the wall. When I hired another professional installer, he remove it he said that the bolts were stripped and that used bolts that were too long into the TV to secure the mounting brackets. When the new installer was eventually able to remove the stripped bolts from the back of of the TV and opened up the case it was not repairable due to Gabe lack of competence. When I contacted him he said he was going to see if his moving insurance would cover it and I told him it would not because this did not occur during the move it happened a different day when he came back with another worker to do the two installs. I never heard from him since and had to file a report with Angie and they sided with me and posted a negative review on their profile. So he did a good job with the move but he showed his true colors when things went wrong with the mounting TVs. I will say the other owner which is his girlfriend was very understanding and nice and actually offered me $500 which she said she was going to send over but did not because she spoke to Gabe, who obviously did not want to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company because when things go wrong and they can, they will just ignore you instead of doing the right thing and working it out. There are honest movers out there and unfortunately I picked one that was not do not do the same.

Working with Carrie and Gabe we’re terrific, they worked hard and diligently to get us moved in to our new home, would definitely use them again.

Wellen Moving Services is amazing! They are professional and have phenomenal customer service. I needed a sofa moved last minute and they made it happen.
