What's really weird is that I didn't have any ants before they came and now I have a few. I wouldn't use them again.

they set traps and caught 1 rat- nothing else. that was a very expensive rat- they haven't called us since either for any feedback.;i;m not impressed and won't use them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: we had a "rat " problem in the attic- one rat got in during the cold spell. the initial consult went ok, but the gent coming out to check the traps came when he wanted and never gave us a synopsis of what he found- they did block the entry areas- 22 in all, but $500 for 3x a week for two weeks and at only 20 minutes a shot is pretty steep. He never did answer our questions as to any damage thet he saw up there, I was really disappointed and won't use them again. Guess the p.r. on t.v. is just that- p.r.

I like the fact that they do a good job for a reasonable price. I pay about $60 every two months. They are pretty much average and about $20 cheaper for their service per treatment time than some of the other companies here in town. I haven’t had any problems with their responsiveness. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I don’t remember exactly how much I spent on the service but I remember the price was reasonable. I had no problems with them at all. I thought they were great. There was nothing that I didn’t like. They were very reasonable. I will use their services again in the future.

They are very responsive, if I have a problem then they'll come right out. The workers are very friendly and professional. We will continue to use them in the future.
