They started the job on time and on the day agreed on. Their work was excellent. They were also easy to have in our home while the job was being done in that we were home all day while they worked. We were very appreciative that we were not subjected to ANY music or ANY foul language. Once again the finished product exceeded our expectations and both Nick and Bob were exceptional in there job performance. They cleaned up each day when they were finished and when the job was completed there was nothing left for us to do. We plan to use Transformers in the future for any further home improvements.

Nick and Bob the owner's of the company,, installed Bamboo Carbonized wood flooring in our two bedrooms. They did an excellent job, taking out the old carpet and nails then leveling the floor where necessary. The quality of the wood is excellent and I would recommend it for any room in your home especially on a slab. The two men worked very well together and did an excellent job especially around the door jams, it looks like the floor was put in first before the trim. Each piece of wood was cut to perfection. The job was done in a fashionable manner and after each day they cleaned everything up before leaving. We are very confident to recommend them to anyone who requires any kind of job big or small. These men are very capable, courteous and reliable. The company was paid in full upon completion. I would not hesitate to ask them to build me a house from start to finish.

PERFECT--WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!

Robert and Nick both came to our home to discuss the various alternatives we had with the demolition and rebuild of an illegal block shed on the rear of our garage (built by previous owners). Their suggestions and professionalism showed the quality of this firm. But unfortunately, their solution to our problems became more involved than we had anticipated. We ultimately decided to reduce the scope of the work and went with a different contractor.

The job was done on a timely basis and the quality of work was outstanding. The job performance was very clean and no other clean ups were required This company is highly recommended.

We would not recommend another company than Nick and Bob. These guys are on the ball and so professional. We live in CT and they sent us pictures everyday to see the progress. We have been in florida now for 3 weeks and are extremely happy with their service. We had wind damage to our lanai from last June's storm here. We needed to replace the screen so we decided to replace all the screen and extend the lanai. Our new lanai and pool cage is absolutely beatutiful. We love our Florida home because of NIck. This was my first time working with Nick. I had wanted to improve the lighting and the appearance of the kitchen ceiling for some time, and while attending an realtor's open house, admired the look of the kitchen ceiling. The real estate agent at the open house told me the work on the ceiling lighting had been done by Nick, and she recommended him highly. When I contacted Nick, I had already received one estimate for the work I wanted done. Nick arrived at my home at the appointed time, surveyed the project, and presented me with an estimate which was much more reasonable than the one I had previously received. He also sent me, via email, pictures of work he had done that was similar to what I wanted. I was happy to be able to view so many examples of his work. He made excellent suggestions as to the size and placement of the can lights for optimum kitchen lighting. When he made the unexpected discovery of an unused ceiling outlet, he suggested placement of a ceiling fan, which was also a great implrovement. He helped with paint color selection to blend the new ceiling with the great room of which the kitchen was a part. Nick, and the electrician with whom he worked, were always punctual. There was no delay or interruption of work from the time the project began to the time it was completed, something that was very important to me. Nick and his team were always extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The work was done with a minimum of mess or disruption, and the kitchen was left spotless once the project was completed. I was very happy with the improvements Nick made to my kitchen. A year later, when I was looking to redo flooring in the master bedroom suite, I knew I needed to look no farther than Nick to perform the work.

Tear out old bath tub and combined shower in guest bathroom. Take out old counter top, counter doors and drawer facings. Take out old base boards and door facings. Repair studs and straighten walls before applying a Kerdy walk in shower system. Tested shower system over night before having wall tiles and floor tiles installed. No existing plumbing was moved but existing plumbing was brought to current code before shower and sink were installed. Electrical outlet brought to current code. New cabinet top installed. Existing walls were repaired and painted. Crown moulding, base boards and door frames were mitered, installed and painted. A pre-existing broken floor tile was taken out, new tile installed and grout matched. The walk way area to the bathroom was covered with heavy paper and taped to prevent any damage to the existing flooring. Fans were used to blow dust out of doors and great care was taken to prevent the remainder of the house from accumulating extreme dust. Clean up in the construction area was completed every evening. Nick's home repair stayed within our existing budget and any problems that were found after the tear out were brought to our attention, cost discussed and the problem repaired properly before construction continued. After all problems are repaired correctly the detail work on the finishes is superb. The main on suite will be completely gutted and all new installed in the near future. Nick's Home Repair will be doing our project. Proper permits and inspections will be instituted for the home owners protection. I will use this contractor for any upgrades to my home.

From initial estimate to folow up visit, the entire project was professional, thorough, complete and timely. Add to that, extreme courtesy, and the entire improvement experience was top notch.

EXCELLENT!!! EXCELLENT!!! We could not have hired anyone we would have been more happy with. We live in CT and did not travel to Florida to see progress or completion of projects. Nick kept us informed every step of the way with tons of pictures sent through email. We started off just wanting the carpet pulled up and tile put down and then it just snow balled into remodeling everything. We trusted him totally and even let him pick out lighting, back splash, etc. Awesome designer. We told him we wanted the wow factor and thats exactly what we got. We have had so many compliments on his work. Nick is presently still working on our home (he can't get away) because we just don't want him to stop. He is very professional and courteous. He comes up with ideas that make so much sense that we would have not thought of. He sent us to granite yards, gave us booklets on new cabinets, knew the stores to send us to. We let him pick out the colors of all the rooms plus pick out the lighting. I have to say I probably wouldn't have picked what he did because we were in CT and it would have been all wrong. We couldn't be more happy with his choices and how everything just goes perfectly. The lighting and the ceiling in our kitchen area is absolutely beautiful!!! We would recommend Nick's Home Repair to anyone thinking about remodeling or just needing work done in your home. Actually, my brotherinlaw and sisterinlaw came down to visit last week and were totally sold on our house and bought one down the street. They will be hiring Nick as well.
