Description of Work: phil was very rude only cleaned one filter never added coolant to unit never answered questions very condisending . I also got in trouble because phil blocked sidewalk which is against the law Plenty of parking available in front of house and in driveway. Spoke with mike who was just as rude who was suppose to be supervisor I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused. They didn't even put filter back in they cleaned . Also promised filter and never received.
